Which of the four shows, Buffy, Angel, Firefly or Dollhouse has your favourite theme tune?

Angel will always be my favourite, but I really like the Dollhouse one as well as the Firefly. Buffy has now become my least favourite, but that might only be as Dollhouse is still new to me.

Buffy for sure. The rest are kind of melancholy, and I'm not much of a country music person.

I don't know whether to go for Buffy or Angel. Angel's theme song is more beautiful and touches my heart more but Buffy's is an amazing track that really hypes me up for every episode. Also the nostalgia factor.
I'll rank them

1. Buffy
2. Angel
3. Dollhouse
4. Firefly

Firefly really did establish the series well, a postbellum western set in space and establish the "No Man's Sky" feel of it.

Angel is the generic violin theme that series use when Netflix doesn't want to pay for the licensed music. Like, it could be the theme song for "Charmed," or "Highlander," although I think the rights to "Princes of the Universe" don't seem to have that issue.

Buffy does get me revved up to watch the show, like, this is what Buffy does, in musical form. It's also very recognizable, as Buffy. Firefly's could have been Lonesome Dove's or something, and Angel, again, it's time for busty brunettes in camisoles again.

Stop trying to make Dollhouse a thing.

So I vote Buffy. so I go with Buffy.

Buffy is definitely the best, it's loud and brash and exciting and gets you excited for the episode you're going to watch. Angel is more melancholy, though musically probably better produced than Buffy, but it's darker and doesn't excite me as much.

Firefly is very emotive and tells you exactly what sort of show you're going to see, a space opera. It's really not my sort of thing. Dollhouse is dreamy and for me probably needed a harder edge.

Definitely Angel, by far the best of the four. Buffy's is fine, iconic and all, but takes second place. Then Dollhouse, which I'm always 'singing/humming' along to every episode. While I really liked the song in the Firefly opening, I could never get over how long it was and it just irritated me, tbh.

I never liked the Buffy theme song, partly because it comes on too loud and I have neighbors! I listened to the Firefly and Dollhouse themes on Youtube, as I've never watched the shows, and I liked them both. But Angel gets my vote for the strings.

Out of these four, I've only seen BtVS as a show, but I watched others' intros on Youtube to answer this quesiton.

I might possssibly be biased but Buffy's intro is the most iconic one and makes me want to stand up and dance, all the time. Also, I hardly ever skip it, because I know that I will miss such an epic intro after finishing the show.
And it goes so well with many intro remakes of other shows.
Just see these: Breaking Bad, Stranger Things, and even The Mummy

Angel theme is iconic in its own right, especially when the drums kick in. However, as an overall intro with the integration of visuals and sound, Buffy is a more effective one for me.
There is an Angel-style Harry Potter opening for ya.

(I wonder if the maker of these videos is a member here on BB. I love their edits.😄)

You should watch Angel!
1. Angel
2. Buffy
3. Firefly
4. Dollhouse

I really love the Angel theme, I really love the Buffy theme too though, so they're almost tied. I just think I like the Angel theme a bit better in the long run.

Firefly is great, I love singing along with it.

Dollhouse is ok. Though I did hear the actual song once and it was abyssmal, I understand why they butchered it to make a decent theme song.

Angel
Dollhouse
BtVS
Firefly

I enjoy all the themes, really, and I think they all suit their series really well. Angel's theme is melancholy yet strong, Dollhouse's is dreamy and unsettling, Buffy's is seriously kick ass and Firefly's is laid back yet longing.
