My favourites are: Matchbox Twenty, Train, Aerosmith, Dishwalla, Puddle of Mudd.

Not a fan of dance music or hip hop.

soulfly, disturbed, static x are some of my favorites..
i also love rob zombie, but i dont think you can classify what he does as metal.. its partly metal.. but theres a strange humourostic twist to it..

and i cant stand techno either, it gives me head aches lol

Silly original poster to this thread! You left out one of the biggest genres - ROCK!!!! and all forms of rock!

I love rock but i do like dance music too (very contrasting, i know, but you can't party,as such, to rock)
