Okay, aside from the vamps that are main characters (Spike, Angel) who is your favourite? Do you even have a favourite?

Mine would have to be Mr. Trick from season 3 of BtVS. He was fantastic, funny, he had style and personality. In his words: "That's my kinda dog."

Hmm .. maybe Holden or Sunday. Sunday was funny! OH, Harmony! Harmony, for sure. 😉

EDIT - Can I say Hamrony? She did become a main character. I also consider darla and Dru main characters ... core 4 vamps with Spike and Angel.
 
Darla. I loved her storyline on ATS. But I happened to see the Buffy season 1 ep "Angel" tonight, and realized that she kicked ass with the double guns! Although, yeah, she did get killed LOL. But seriously, who else in the 'verse had her awesome storyline: prostitute dying of syphyllis gets sired by none other than the Master, sires Angelus who sires Dru who sires Spike, ruled over their reign of terror, gets killed by Angel in front of Buffy (gotta feel a little bad for her, dumped for a cheerleader LOL), gets resurrected by W&H, killed again & sired by Dru, pregnant by Angel, stakes herself to give birth to Connor. And Julie Benz rules!

Dracula, Darla, vamp Willow and that vamp from Conversations With Dead People that Buffy talked to in season 7.
 
Harmony. Hands down Harmony. I LOVE Harmony as a vampire. I love her so much.

Oh and Dru. I love Dru... she's so insane. I love it.

Both of them made me chuckle. That's the best way into my heart. make me laugh. 🙂

Mr.Trick. No contest. That guy was the only vampire outside of Spike that I thought was cool and had charisma. He should have been more than The Mayor's lackey... Also he wasn't used much and died too quickly. Both these shows lacked interesting vampires. And no, I don't consider Darla, Drusilla, Harmony, The Master and so on, interesting.

Besides Spike and Angel, it's Drusilla for me, hands down. She's so crazy that it's so fun and entertaining to watch 😀
 
If we can pick one of the Fanged four Definitely Darla! I freaking love her. She is so awesome.

If not then Vampire Willow. Bored now. 😛

Harmony would be a second, the writer's could have done so much with her character besides making her a really funny ditz.
 
Of the many vampires who have come and gone on the two series, I think that my favorite was Dracula as he was portrayed in Season 8. Season 5 Dracula just didn't cut it, but in Season 8, we saw the real Dark Prince, the classiest vampire ever to suck blood from a young virgin's veins. Granted, there was that comment about throwing up red wine and pickled cabbage, but he got over it very quickly, and the REAL Drac was back and badder than ever.

I also liked Sunday. She was petty but fun to watch. And, she pushed so much Buffy that the fight scene, when Buffy's umbrella was broken, is one of my favourite of the show 😀
 
Drusilla and Darla were my favorite vampires besides of course Angel and Spike. They were just nuts and adorably evil so I always enjoy scenes with them together and even apart, especially Dru.
 
Drusilla without a doubt is my favourite vampire. She wears amazing clothes, gets the best lines and manages to appear both innocent and sinister at the same time.
 
Most of my favs were on for a while so out of the others it is definitely as of now Mr. Trick. I always found him kind of funny and loved his intro and everything.
 
Dru always amuses me. And it's nice that she's not dead as of day. I just hope she wouldn't come back, as much as I love her, because she might try hooking up with Spike again, and as a spuffy I can't allow that. I liked them as a couple before the whole Spuffiness, and still like watching them. But I wouldn't want them back together. So I don't know if I want to see her come back, as much as I love her, she's a great character, and a great inspiration for Halloween customs.

Agreed, she makes a nice ship with Spike but Spuffy is more...you know, Spuffy!
I can't believe we haven't seen Dru in season 8! Maybe that'll change in season 9. And I know that she's appeared in some of the IDW comics.
