Favourite Willow Magick Moment

Hi guys, I'm new to the threads. I just want to know some of your favourite Willow magick moments, s8 included. I love the recursing Angelus with his soul moment in s2, the Willow/Glory battle in s5 and one of the only times Willow used her magicks to destroy a demon in s6... remember her and Dawn visited Rack for Will's next fix and they crashed a car and Dawn slapped Willow. Loved the hell out of that episode especially when Willow cryed her eyes out to buffy in the car park. Oh yeah I also loved the s6 Dark Willow saga, spooky Willow! :: vampire
 
My absolute favorite magic moment for Williow is all of the fights she got into with Glory. I loved how she was the only one who really could do anything to her. Wonderful!
 
My favorite has got to be in 'Becoming Part 2.'
I loved her doing the ritual of restoration. It's so amazing. Her first spell. Memories.

For me it goes with out saying, Scythe and Potential Spell. An amazing completion, of sorts, of a journey that started back near the beginning of the show. To see her progress, become addicted and then quit and for her to be afraid of her power and then to be overcome in a somewhat angelic light during the casting of a spell of magicks not attempted in a long time. Kind of amazing.
 
I love Dark Willow. My favorite moment is when she ripped the skin off Warren - damn, that was messed up (to say the least.) Perfect representation of her going over the edge.
 
My favorite is when she resouled Angel in Ats season 4(Orpheus). She became a great witch that can be angry sometimes, but she can hold it. You know what I mean? Honestly, I don't like when she's addicted to magic in S6. I like her pre-Dark Willow and when she was a nerd in earlier seasons. 🙂
 
I like the way Joss Whedon used Willow's magick as a thing she couldnt live without in s6. I loved in Hush where Willow and Tara pooled their power together to move the vending machine across the room. What do you think of Willow in s8... I like the thought of her being the Jean Grey/Phoenix of the group. :cheering:

I like S8 Willow; I find her to be pretty in character. I am really pumped for the Willow One Shot that's coming out, because I am in desperate need of some back story of how she met Saga Vasuki and received all of these crazy powers.

Like flying.
 
Yeah I will definitely be ordering a copy of the Willow one shot, I know she's been a student of Saga Vasukis but the s8 comics didn't explore it that much. In regards to all of her new powers, are they not the results of her magical growth? It's a pity we didn't get to see Tara's magical abilities grow, but Tara's not exactly the powerful type like Willow. I think she depends on Willow a lot to cast powerful spells. I think I know why Willow suddenly recieved a big ol' injection of power in s5. It was from absorbing all the magick from the dark magick books in the magic box before she battled Glory. Many fans dont know where all that power came from.
 
Dark Willow!!!! All of it. But I guess I esp *love* when she takes the magicks from the books in the Magic Box. I love watching the text run over her and turning her Dark.

Yeah, I love that scene too. But I love the part when she turned her face upwards a little, then all the books fly on the table.

And I can go gay for her everytime she opens the door with her anger + magic. Like in Tough Love at Glory's place and in Villain at Magic Box. >_<
 
Especially when she walked into the magic box and everything was breaking around her. Its funny the way she suddenly used magick when tara died to summon osiris, she didnt even have to think about it but i suppose if anyone was in willows position they would do the same.
 
My favorite willow magic moment is deffiently in the sixth season when she goes all evil, and at the end how Xander saves her. That whole plot I loved!

I also love it in the episode "him" when she plans on turning that boy into a girl so she can have him. Lmao I love that.

Also My absolute favorite will magic scene is in the last episode when she changes all the potientals into slayers, she is such a power full girl. Willows my favorite character.
 
Uhm, okay. I don't really have a specific scene where I love Willow using actual magic.. Although, I do love the Angel scene where she battled Jasmine/Cordelia/Whoever in Orpheus. I was waiting for her to go completely dark again, but she kept her cool. I just LOVED many of Dark Willow's quotes. Like when she says:

"Bag of knives."
"... cause I've gone Pro (voice deepens, and eyes blacken)."
"Shame on you."
"Fly my pretty, fly! See what I did there? (Buffy's face was priceless)"

Oh, I know now! The scene where she breaks up into the jail and starts screaming all high-pitchy -- that was creepy!
 
The later ones were more exciting, but I'd say the earlier ones were my favorites. Particular staking a vamp with a pencil when the Mayor captured her, or moving the vending machine with Tara in Hush
 
I liked in one of the Dark Willow when she puts her hands on the books, and you see all the text transfering to her. It looks cool effects.
