Aw, that is a great idea, now that Summerlily and Lilah puts it like that. It's to bad to valentines should always be about romantic love, it should be about friends. And dorms! 😀 Can I please change my vote? I voted for both, but I would like to change to dorms in feb and doppelganger in march 🙂
 
oh, this sounds great! I haven't made any Buffy art in such a long time, but now I'm legitimately excited to get back on the horse! I don't really care what month we do them, but they are both such good ideas, I almost think they deserve their own months. Then again, we're always coming up with such good ideas, the more months in the year we have to spare, the better! Hmmm, decisions, decisions...
 
I like the idea of both because I think it would be like a BLOWOUT of VH. But I never thought of it where the dorm love is Valentine's day and if we do the dorm love next month I won't do it for V-day... I'll do it because I want to show love to the other dorms. It has nothing to do with V-day to me. V-day is the worst "holiday" ever. It's worse than Thanksgiving. Ben, you can join me in pretending V-day doesn't exist.

Aww, Zoà«. I think we should do the dorm thing because we love the other dorms too, or else I would never have suggested it. 🙂 That it's valentines just makes it extra nice. 😀 I'm pretty neutral about valentines day, it's not really that big in sweden, but I like the idea that we would be doing somthing else than in the style of love between two people in a relationship loving each other and instead show our love for the dorms!
 
Valentine's Day has never been a big deal to me. My hubby and I show each other we love each other all year long (with SOME exceptions, naturally), so we don't have to make a big deal on Valentine's Day... It's never been an issue.
Don't think of it as celebrating the dorms in honor of V-Day... Just think of it as us wanting to show some love to people who need it. We have enough love for our own house to go round for miles, but the other dorms don't. LOL

:D I agree, my and my husband are like that too. But it's nice to get flowers on valentines sometimes anyway... :)
I feel I shouldn't vote because I usually use other people's banners. Those who put their time and effort into making such amazing artwork should decide. I feel really bad for not making stuff. But I suck, so...
 
I fricking hate valentines day, I just think the love theme works showing our apperciation and warmth to the other dorms.

I would like to do the dorm thingy in feb and doppelganger in march, yes. 🙂 I like the idea that it goes with valentines! 🙂
