Fighting shoes

Over all the years I've watched Buffy, I've always laughed at the way she'd go into apocalypses she knew was coming wearing the most ridiculus, impractical shoes. The fight in "Chiosen" started true to form. What really brought an "I noticed that!"-grin to my face, thougj, was when she jumps of the roof of the bus. Finally the girl get's to wear a pair of sturdy boots!

I too have wondered about it. Who takes on an apocalypse wearing heel boots? Wouldn't sneakers or some good flat shoes work better? Not the time to be stylish

Come on, heels can hurt ubervamps when you kick them in the right place.
But I have to bow down to Buffy because she could run to the bus roof in time. 😉
Umm, Dawn worn heel shoes too. ^^

Well, she's gotta be able to fight demons and look sexy.

If you recall, during seasons 1, 2, and 3, Buffy patroled in sweayts and jogging shoes. It was only aftrer that that she became a fashion slave.

And I thought people generally became more comfortable and less tool-like after high school.

I love Sexy Buffy, so no way she should fight in jogging shoes!! lol

I reckon she should've fought in sketchers, styilish AND practical
