LOL the Slut Fest!! (as my brother calls it) I bought it and I like it, the storyline is not as good as that of the first X game but the batle sistem is cool and Paine (the new character with rikku and yuna) is funny as hell, she reminds me of spike, she has kinda his personality. I like it but its not like a storry its more of like missions and you can do shiz out of order. Its ok I guess lol

who else has it??>
 
My brother's really excited to get that game too, when he gets money he says. He's like "they change outfits, thats so cool".

I want the one, where the girls are all naked, and they fight the big monsters with magic, then they get nocked into water and....

acctually I hate ALL Final Fantasy games. Although Rikku and Yuna are REAL fine. and yes I;m aware that they're not real.
 
lol Zander is ok I thought Titus(FF)X and the guy (who looks like Titus and maybe is...not far enough in the game to know....its just images and stuff) I think there hot lol and I thought Squall for FF8 was kinda hot too lol...its all good!!!
And yes they do change outfits in battle and its kinda fun!!! First Final Fantasy game to have an ALL female cast!
 
What consoles is X2 on? I know it's not on ps1 (which is the only one i have) but is it on ps2 or pc? i've played almost all the FF games-never completed any though. But FFVII is deffo the best!

I *Love* FF7, but I actually think FF8 is the best. Nine was a bit of a stinker, and then FFX rocked again. The best part of 10...Lulu! So yummy!!! 🙂

Can't wait to play FFX-2!
 
i used to be into these games quite alot when VII and VIII were out. had a mate who was obsessed with it!

i wish i'd got VIII instead of IX when i got my PS1

well wish i didnt have my PS1!

so will there be a FF XI or just X-III


is anyone else getting confused by this weird use of roman numarals?!!?
 
Yeah - it's kind of muddy. FF XI is already out (it's an online-only massively multiplayer game) and FF XII is coming soon.

FF X-2 is a bit of an anomaly in the FF series, because it's the only game to feature characters (besides Sid and chocobos) who appeared in a previous game. It's an *actual* sequel to FF X.
 
so is Cid an actually the same dude all the way through? i always thought they were different people with the same name!

they should bring back that bloke from number IV called Cesil! 😀

You're right - Cid is always a different dude, just the same name. But he's one of the few consistent elements that runs throughout all the games (and the movie).
 
don't mention the movie!

there was no fantasy in it! wheres the fantasy? i wanted fantasy not another bloody film set in New York of all places!

and no, Doctor Cid and Chockabow T-shirts didnt make up for this 🙁
 
lol i agree they should make a new movie like in the setting of FFX I love that setting so much, Spera is very pretty!! FX and FX-2 is on PS2. Cid isnt the only name that goes through, Im not sure whic other names but i think there is a couple more! Also in all of them there is a Moogle, Mage, Chocobo, and all the magics are the same.
There is always a secret link to its preveous game or they mentone some event that may have hapen in the preveous games. So there are secret links and stuff. I have all the games axept the first 5 and I dont have the game boy game not 11 cuz i hate when i have to play games online!!!
 
yeah there are other names but i think Cid is the only one in all of them.

Wedge and Biggs (star wars ref) are in 7 8 and 9 i think...

in 9 zidane see's clouds sword in a shop and goes "a bloke i used to know had one like that" or somthing 🙂

i love running refs

in my next film im planning to get the bloke who played a news reader back as a TV host 🙂
 
Faldor- I loved Cecil from FF4

So far, I've been playing FFX-2 and it's great. As far as I can tell nearly every charachter from FFX makes an appearance. The story is not as un-linear as it tries to sound. You can do things in different orders but they all lead to the same results. Plus as far as I can see once you finish Chapter 1 of the story, it gets much more story driven. I also liked the "Charlie's Angel's" Opening sequence 😀
