Having watched the episode "Grave" again, I was wondering about the song played at the very end.

Any chance it's by Sarah Mclachlan? if so what ablum is it on? or if its out as a single? I totally love that song! perfect for the ending 🙂

Yes it is by Sarah Mclachlan its called Prayer of St. Vincent. You can get the song only on limited Edition 2 disk set called Surfacing Extended though. Hope that helps you🙂

Its actually called "Prayer of St. Francis". It can be found on a Surfacing 2-disc limited edition CD set that came out in 1997. It's very hard to find though.
