Firefly Intro... The Awesome Edition

I'm too bummed that the good doctor was left out of this to give it a second watch. 🙁
It is fun, but I do love the original, and The Ballad of Serenity is so gorgeous.

Alright, I'm a sucker. I just gave it that second watch I said I couldn't.
I DO like the way it did 'Starship Class: FIREFLY' to display the title. ...and it does give a little bit more of a feel (imagery-wise) for what the show is like: action + humor, whereas the original shows it in an all serious all the time light.
...but I'm still die-hard for Ballad Of. 🙂

I read online that it was for no other reason than they ran out of time, and well, poor Simon always gets the shaft. XP

I really love this but thought it was weird that they excluded Simon but left in River. After all, we couldn't have had River without Simon there, too.

Yeah I guess... But still. If they're gonna put clips of him in the credits at all, he should have had a placeholder. 😉

I thought the same thing! Tho, River is a more ... distinctive? ...memorable? ... more of a fan favorite than the good doctor.
Hahaha, cute! I liked it. Though I think it's kinda ridiculous that Simon wasn't in it.

lol very cool, although if they had graphics like that in the 80's, ours now a days would looks super crappy!!
