Firefly Ratings just in

Firefly scored a 4.1/8. For Buffy and Angel, that's pretty good. For Firefly and for Fox, . The Ratings had better improve. Right now it's at 4.1 million viewers. We need anywhere from 6-8 million to survive.

Yeah, Firefly was good, but not as great a show as Buffy or Angel. I'm surprised, I thought more people would have watched it and liked it. The television section of the newspaper I got yesterday totally pummeled the show with a bad review. I was really expecting some good reviews for the show. Especially since Joss created it.

The guy here in Phoenix really liked it. But he loves Joss and Buffy (which is so cool because I can count on actual reviews of it). I liked it, I was glad it wasn't going all high tech Star Trek on us(no offense to Star Trek fans, I just never understood it). Two by Two, hands of blue, dude that girl was creepy. But, like our tv guru here said, knowing Joss she'll probably play this huge role later on in the series. The whole 'companion' thing was a little different, but I was so digging her clothes. They were so pretty. I will most defiantely tune in again.

Ya, real big suprise no one watched it considering...

The number one reason I didn't watch it.....

THE COMERCIALS NEVER SAID WHAT DAY IT WAS COMING ON!!!

I watched for the comercial everyday, and at the end, it'd always say, "Premiering THIS WEEK on Fox."

...... You'd think they'd want people to know what day, and time it was coming on, but hey, I'm not in advertising...

Anyway, I missed it, and unless theres an encore of the first episode, before the next one, I'm not even gonna try to watch the rest of the series.

Yup, the commercial didn't say... Just kept saying that it'd be on sometime that week. Even on Friday, the day it aired, it was still saying that it'd be premiering that week. Ahh well.... I hope it fails, serves'em right for being that stupid.
