Firefly reboot?

Just rewatched the first episode of "Firely" last night with my boyfriend. He is hooked! He has been seeing Nathan Fillion's videos on instagram and now he's almost as excited as I am for the announcement coming tomorrow...

Not my thing at all so I won't be watching, but its good to see any type of revival for Firefly. Hopefully it will be successful.

Animation is good, for reasons I explained earlier. It's basically a better funded audioplay. And if this succeeds, Buffy and Angel could also get this treatment.

I'm moderately interested, but "in Development" is a long way from being a done deal. I'll get a bit more excited once we hear they've actually started making episodes.

It's reasonable to be so. By "Home," he really means "Financing," like, who is going to pay for all this? The days of a two season run of anything seem to be over.

Well I'm not a huge fan of animated series' but I'm still excited that Firefly is coming back in some kind of way.

New Sunnydale was "In Development" so yes, caution is advised.

P.S. Look, money is an issue, but Firefly has been a streaming staple since the beginning. Every one knows exactly how popular it is.

Besides, it doesn't seem like money was the problem with Buffy, but rather like the network wanted a series about Buffy, whereas Zhao wanted a series about the kids.
