This is such a great episode. Niska is a scary dude lol. I love seeing Book more involved. And Mal and Wash are gold. Love seeing Zoe & Wash’s relationship too.

I am watching this on free to air, and the recap parts are different to the dvds, but I think this one is normal.
Shepherd Book and Niska - two sides of the same coin? That wouldn't be just coincidence in the writing there.
Insight into the war with Zoe, war stories ha ha. Money is funny, its all for spending in space. All for making life bearable and happy now - no sense saving for the future.
Wash lived a different life, he is naive. Educated without the life experience of Zoe.

I am enjoying this episode more than I remembered... whips, blindfolds... I wont enjoy the electrical torture quite so much.
Haha Zoe is so quick off the mark. Not letting Niska get his hooks in. And gives Wash all he ever wanted from her. She chooses Wash without hesitation. Wash is the epitome of - It's not the size of the boat, it's the motion of the ocean.
Mal is scary when he is all covered in blood. Poor Kaylee, shes not made for this. River was.
And we finish with a spanking.
