Firefly Season 2 on Netflix in Q3 2018

Tim Minear, who is set to direct the season two debut, confirmed the news today:

"Before I was the Director again, I was a Traveler. And I am so excited to be able to tell our fans, worldwide, that Joss Whedon’s subtle and stunning sci-fi drama is back for a third season. Assumng that this isn't really a joke, it would appear that it just ain't gonna happen:

Frankly, I'm just as happy that it was all a bust, since I don't think that the gang would be able to all get together again, and I doubt that many of the fans would be all that happy with a new crew operating "Serenity."

Besides which, after hearing how Fillion treated Stana Katic in "Castle," I don't think that I would enjoy it as much anymore.
