First couple of seasons are better than the rest

Personally I enjoyed the first few seasons way better that the newer ones,anyone else agree?
 
i do, cause season 5 and 6 were boring and not as good as season 1-4 they were better.

The second season I think is one of the best. Buffy was definitly more mature. She was okay in season 1, but really ditzy. It's like she gained some brains.
 
I DEFINATELY agree. Season 1 wasn't brilliant but the whole 'I go to high school, I'm stupid and I won't grow up' gig is enough for me to like the show then. Season 4 I didn't watch much of but I'm catching up, Season 5 was too 'I love my family - die people, die' and Season 6 was too 'dark' for my liking. If they bring back witty Buffy in season 7 then it's gonna be brilliant Buffy again.
 
Personally I like the first 3 seasons, since they had to deal with High School life, (which really related to me), but Season 7 sounds great since Dawn is suppose to be entering the newly rebuilt Sunnydale High and will bring back those previous High School elements.
 
I liked them all in the first seasons except for cordy and xander and buffy and angel...those are the only couples that i really didnt like...But i cant wait to see if there are any new couples in buffy/angel...
 
I like seasons 4-6 best. I thinks thats when we had got used to buffy and co.
 
Honestly, my favorite season so far has been 6 because I absolutely LOVE the darkness it has! I thought 5 was good too; it had some awesome eps like "The Body" and was pretty dramatic itself. I didn't like S4 very much because the whole Riley/Initiative thing didn't appeal to me. Seasons 1 & 2 were okay I guess... S2 had some good serious eps like "Passion" for example, but these seasons seemed a lot less serious to me... plus, I didn't like the Buffy/Angel 'ship at all! I much prefer Buffy and Spike lol! Oh, and S3 was good because of FAITH!! That would be my favorite season if she had been in the whole thing. I probably won't like S7 as much because I heard Joss wants to lighten it up a lot. I happen to enjoy seeing Buffy all depressed! And not because I don't like Buffy, but I think the suffering brings so much out of her character... okay, I'll stop now since you all probably have no idea what I'm rambling about anyways 😉
