But yes, it would be a body transplant.
 
I suppose because the head is the organ being transplanted.... ? You don't call a liver transplant something other than a liver transplant....
 
That bothers me SO much that it's not called a body transplant. I would assume because there is not one organ involved, but many, you would consider the part that is not actually "you" to be the transplanted part. And it this case the head is the "you", so it should be body transplant.

I'm super curious to see how it goes though!

Unless the are putting the other bloke's head and the other chaps body. So the head is not the you but the him going on the you's body. Head transplant in the fact his head is being transplanted onto your body.

Come now. Havent there been times when you just wish you had more head? Now you can drink and only one of your heads gets a hangover. We would have to rename you Janus though.
