What if the Watchers Council had temporarily teamed up with Wolfram and Hart to get Faith? Personally, i think that would have been explosive. When Lilah was talking to the scatty blue thing, i assumed she was talking to them. I was sitting there like "Oh...looking good".

Do you think the outcome would have been much different?
 
Considering the attitude that Andrew displayed at the end of "Damaged" I would be really surprised if the Council would ever even consider as much as a temporary alliance with W&H, even to band together against a common menace. The Senior Partners and Glory, maybe, or the First Evil, THAT, I could see. Team all three of them up, and they would even surpass Warren, Jonathan, and Andrew for their god-like aspirations.
 
I think it would have been pretty frightening as both the Watchers Council and Wolfram & Hart are pretty diabolical when they want to be and the Watchers are meant to be good. I think though the Watchers Council would rather capture their own Slayers on their own terms rather than teaming up with anyone, their kinda stubborn like that. They obviously don't play too well with others and always think their right, Wolfram & Hart are the same. It wouldn't have worked out.
 
That sounds pretty cool in theory actually... I always hated the council and never thought they were quite as "good" as they probably thought they were. It'd give Buffy yet another reason to hate them, if she found out.

Yet I doubt the Council would really work with W&H.
