No need to be rude about it. Faith killed someone, Faith tried to kill buffy, Faith tortured Wes..yeah she needed help but I do not understand how you can justify her actions. Murder, and kidnapping are two VERY different things. I understood what Angel did, but if you want to be technical about it, what gave him the right to choose who deserved to be saved and who didn't..
Woah there, I wasn't being rude, trust me if I was, that comment would have been ALOT different.
What I presented was the facts of the show, and at no poiint do I justify what Faith did, I justify Angels response.
Faith Killed someone, Faith Tortured Wes, that's evident, but what you see at the end of that run is genuine remorse.
She is so guilt ridden that she wants Angel to kill her and as she knows Angel, she realizes that the only way to get him into that state is attack the people he cares about.
This doesn't work as we see when he is fighting her, she breaks down.
EVERYONE should be given a chance IF they show willingness to change.
Wesley was given that chance and forgiveness eventually because Angel understood his reasons. It would have been totally out of the realms of human behaviour if Angel forgave Wes any quicker then he did.
Lindsay, he never changed. He had enough opportunities to change granted him by Angel, but there really was no good in that boy, all there was was a lust for power.
It bugs me that people say Angel should have given him a chance....he did.
TWICE and both times he turned back into that power hungry bad guy.
When Faith asked for Help, she took it and so far she has stuck to it.
