On Buffy there were some great flashbacks! But are there any you wish would have been there?​

for example:​
Willow and Xander at kindergarten
Anya and Dracula hanging out back in the day
Giles and Ethan back in the good old days (70's)
Angel hanging out with the Rat Pack
Willow's Bat Mitzvah
Buffy in the asylum
Wesley's schooldays
Andrew + flying monkeys + school play​
 
There is the potential for literally dozens, of stories, or even far more than that, from the final scene of "Chosen" to the first panel of Page 1, Issue 1 of "Buffy-Season 8," including, but by no means limited to how the survivors dealt with the loss of their comrades, friends, and/or lovers, how it was decided just who would remain in Cleveland and who would wind up in Scotland, how the new Slayers located and recruited, and many more. Stories from Buffy's point of view, from Faith's, Xander's, Willow's, Giles', Andrew's... There are enough stories there to fill an entire spinoff series. All it would take would be for Joss and his people to develop it.

Actually, it's not all. I could have gone for more Fanged Four mayhem, as well. That was always fun. I especially liked Dru and Spike in Italy in the 50s. lol.

Wes as head boy. Hehehe.

Anya in the dimension full of prawns. Palling around with famous demon folk would also have been cool.

Young Xander's abusive home life.

Young Buffy's happy, pre-divorce home.

Joyce as a teenager.

Lilah before she was evil.

Illyria as a God King.

Some of Dawn's fabricated memories.

Young Tara's home life.

Young Connor in Quortoth.

Lorne and Groo growing up in Pylea.

Ben's first transition into Glory -- on, like, prom night or something.

Maggie Walsh receiving her marching orders.

The Master being sired.

Honestly, I could stand to see flashbacks from pretty much any character. They were all awesome enough to warrant a little more backstory.

Wow... i didnt think of some of these but now you come to mention them!!!!
I would have liked more flashbacks on Buffys summoning and work with Merrick. Her life in LA compared to her life in Sunnydale.

i think as cool as it would be to see these things, i kinda like that they are left to the imagination and give the show an incredibly rich backstory
 
I still wanna see that flashback of Spike and Angel getting it on.:biggrin:
 
Me too. And Giles and Ethen. And Angel and Lindsey. And Snyder and Riley. And Merl and Krevlorne. And Larry and Percy. And the Master and Drusilla.
 
No, honestly now, it would have to be Buffy Faith darla and Anya all goin with each other.
Thinking about it, i wonder why Joss didnt think to include this story line.
