If the new series had flashbacks to Buffy and Angel, what scenes would you like them to show. Obviously they'd have to be relevant to the story, but is there any that you would love to see?

The conclusion to the fight in Not Fade Away would be a big one.
Did Gunn die? How did Angel, Spike, and Illyria survive? Did Buffy and a bunch of Slayers come to the rescue? How did Wolfram and Hart respond? How did it change the status quo of daily life in Los Angeles and the Buffyverse at large? Did Harmony find a new job?

That wouldn't be a clip from the show though, as we didn't see that. I mean stuff that was previously on the shows.

I am not that keen on clips from past episodes, but in a new series, especially a sequel filmed a couple of decades later, there are occasions where it would make sense. However, I don't know where those would necessarily be; they would likely be ones filling in important back elements on particular bits relevant to the episode in question.

I don't know which I would love best, but I think the most relevant ones would be bits showing Buffy finding out about being a Slayer, and some of her athleticism in training and slaying. I'm guessing SMG won't want (or be able) to do as much gymnastics now, so some background on how bad-ass she was back in the day should be shown.
There could also be parallels drawn between her experiences and the new Slayer's. Then it would be fun to see if the new Slayer zigs where Buffy would have zagged. And Buffy would finally truly understand Giles's frustration at being ignored!

Where Buffy wakes up screaming in season 7. Only it reveals all of season 7 was a dream (Buffy summing it up in a paragraph on what she dreamed). A really bad dream even with the fantasy ending for her. (It's been my headcanon for a decade or so now.)

Buffy didn't do any of the stunts before. They had a stuntwoman and they could easily do it again. It would pay to have the new slayer meet up with a vampire the equivalent of Angel then just pull out a stake and dust him.

Give me all the bad wigs and accents. Fanged Four flashbacks are many of my favorite scenes. I friggin' love that you could edit together a several hour-long movie just of historical period drama flashbacks.
