Am I a total idiot...or just completely unobservant?
I never realised until now that Angel has a soul in Fool For Love, and instead of being jealous that Spike had killed a slayer, he was actually revolted by it.

Are you all looking at me now and going, "Duh, Claire...how stupid are you?"

Or is this news to any of you as well?
 
I didn't realise til I listened to the commentary. I doubt I ever would have if I hadn't listened to it. 😛

So, no, you're not stupid....unless I am too. Which is a huge possibility. 😉
 
Yeah, I didn't realize it until AtS also. But if I'd been paying attention to the dates at the bottom of the screen, I might have noticed that it was after Angel was cursed.
 
Haha no...I don't think you're supposed to know until you watch Darla. I assumed he didn't have a soul either, which made Darla 10x more enjoyable for me. It was like I was being let in on some big secret. It took me 10 years to realize (cause it took me that long to finally watch AtS) so if it was supposed to be obvious, we're both idiots 😉.

I knew something was off, and was annoyed about not knowing the other half of the story because I knew Darla paralleled FFL. So when I watched AtS after finishing BtVS, I found out he had a soul at the time.
 
took me my last rewatch of Angel (in January) to realize, so don't feel bad 😉
