Only joking. The logo looks good, but I had trouble trying to make out what the letters are. It looks like "BDJ" I only realised it was "GDI" after noticing HisMrs' status.

I'm not forming crap, dude. I'm simply stating that I'm wearing my button to signify that I'm not in a house. I never said "Hey kids, let's go make our own little club". People can use the button or not, I could care less.

Why am I not surprised that someone would snarkily comment on it? :sigh: Yes, it is ironic to have a Club Of Independents, but calling it pathetic just heats things up. Again.

I wonder how long it will take until the current b*tchyness phase finally dies down. Yes I'm sheeping after Faith here, but, you know, that's because she's right about it. The good thing about this board IMO always was that the was pretty much never a need for the Modly Hammer (quite unlike the boards where I was a mod for a few months - Cangel, you know how "nice" a place that one can be 😛 ).

I wonder why there's so much of an inofficial campaign to get that changed here? Because that's what it's gonna boil down to if we don't all pull ourselves together, quick.

My definitions...

Pathetic Irony... meaning Irony where it shouldnt be. Someone attempting one thing and failing quite comically.

Irony...humerous hypocricy.


...My 'pathetic' was never meant as a spite against someone. I just casually use the english language to its full effect thank you very much. And knowing my audience and who I am talking to has a great deal to do with how I talk (ie both Al and HisMrs who are both less prone to agitation than you clearly).

I dare say a lot of people will agree with your one man cause to fight your idea of percieved bitchiness...the rest of us will continue to discuss, laugh....and shock horror...speak their mind. Lest the forum transcend into a nanny state. If I was more political I might start spouting off freedom of speech!

if HisMrs is "clearly less prone to agitation than me", I wonder what's your theory on why the Twilight Plagiarism thread got closed? freedom of speech SHOULD get curbed the moment it gets insulting, and I trust it WILL be curbed here.
