I jus wanted to say that i really admire Michelle and thinks she is an AMAZING actress - especially for someone so young! She is the same age as me, maybe a bit older (14/15?) and i really respect her. I know some people find her annoying and i did at first but now she is one of my favourite characters and i can really relate to her - apart from the whole "my sister is the slayer!" lol.
What do you think of her?!?!?!

Well I know that on one of her first days of filming, SMG remarked to some of the crew "thats' really unfair. She's really great. Why wasn't I that great at that age?" She meant it nicely of course. And Michelle was 13 when she started so she'll be about 15 now. But yeh I agree she's a great atcress and a gorgeous girl, at that age she can only improve I think!
 
I heard that SMG said that 2! Wot a compliment! I completely agree with all that u said bout her! Where do u think her story will develop? Coz now shes plain ol' dawn - well not really plain but shes not really the key anymore, or she wont be used!
 
Dawn is sooo cool, I think she'll do great..in the storylines 'n Michelle shes.gonna be..REALLY Famous..
 
her birthday is the 11th of october so shes 16

I think she amazing too, I act and I would LOVE to be as good as her!
 
Dawn is a good character to the show but I don't think she has much reason to be there anymore, I read an article that said she has the Riley factor lol. I do like her character but now shes the key, there isn't much a lot going for her. Its cool though how theres someone young on the show and how she interacts with Sarah. I wish they'd give her a few more storylines though so Michelle can show what she can do 🙂

Yes, I so totally agree! Michelle is such a great actress yet she is so young just like me! That's one of the reasons why Dawn is my fave Buffy character, 'cause she's just an almost-normal kid (teen, actually). I don't know how she's so beautiful and stuff, but Michelle is SOOOO (sorry) cool!
 
Do you not think she is stunning though?!?!?! And skillful! Her hair is so nice and sleek. I agree the fact that she is roughly my age makes her even more likeable, she is more real 🙂 !
 
Michelle is so amazing! Most of us have seen her in her previous movies and works, and although she is a great actress, she didn't really get a chance to express it well-- doing kiddie-type movies doesn't really rank with the big usage of acting. With Dawn, she gets a deep and complex character to delve into and really put emotion and wit into her.

By the way, Michelle is now 16. It's very easy for me to remember her exact age. Why? I've got the same exact birthday as her (October 11th, 1985). 🙂
 
oh i dont know about the whole kid movies not stretching acting talent
i mean if you look at the olsens twins career yep i totally agree
but dawnie or rather michelle had a pretty complex child character in Harriet the Spy
she cried, laughed, had emotional outbursts and did dances and got stuck in things
tricky if youre 8
i mean i guess its whether you look at it like
acting stretch for experienced person or acting stretch for 8 year old
either way

Her hair is soooo gorgeous, isnt it?
But she is in general! From seeing her on documentaries and stuff, she does NOT seem shy! Lol, she was with, like, ASH, Emma Caulfield and alyson/nick or something, and she, as the youngest by far, was doing all the talking and smiling for the cameras in the middle - they were all together, hands round each other's waists! How cute! 😉
I will wait for the day i start to babble! Lol , NOOOOOOOOOOOOO . . . . . .! Lol. HANDY DANDY!

its just kinda nice to have someone that age playing their own age
do you know what i mean
cause when we were watching the gang when they were in 10th grade they were all like 21 or older
but dawnies not that much younger than michelle so its a little more realistic!

I totally agree! Nick plays a 20 yr old - hes 31!?!?!? 😱
And in dawsons creek (a fab show) they are all so much older! It makes it all more realistic and it makes michelle seem so down to earth! I ::heart:: dawn and michelle is fabulous as an actress!
