OMG, I adore Agent Coulson! Weren't there more of these made and they're included on one of the DVDs (Thor or Captain America?)? I haven't seen any though.
 
That was awesome. I'd like it a lot if they did a series of short youtube clips like that with different characters.

And also, for fellow comic book fans, seeing him fill up with Roxxon gas was pretty cool. Nice touch.

Fantastic stuff. With all the Coulson love, I hope they gve him a whole series of these things.
 
A friend of mine at work has a theory that he might not be dead, and that we only see or rather hear Fury saying he's dead and that maybe he said that to spur the Avengers on and to get them together sort of thing, to give them a purpose. It'll be interesting to see if there's a second one whether her theory turns out right or not.

I hope not. If people kept coming back from the dead, or being "fake dead", there would be no impact, and we wouldn't care if we saw the characters die.

Yeah, but bringing people back from the dead seems to be a favorite subplot device with Joss, as well as being something that, one way or the other, seems to happen in the Marvelverse whenever it will serve a purpose. If nothing else, they could always clone him. If they could make a super soldier out of an anemic weakling in World War 2, and build a flying aircraft carrier, cloning a dead body would be a snap.
