This was from the December 16 Watch With Kristin column.:
And from the December 19 chat:
Okay apparently there's a hint as to who is the killer in the next bit here, so I'm going to mark it for spoilers just in case because I'm not sure yet if I want to know lol
Reunion: Fox has shut down production. There are rumblings the WB might want to pick it up. (Note: I found out the identity of Sam's killer. We can discuss in Monday's chat whether you want to know!)
And from the December 19 chat:
From Samantha: Has Reunion really been canceled?
Sadly--and trust me, it rips out my heart to tell you this, and it makes me fume--it is true. Thursday's episode was the last we will see of Reunion. It is done, done, done. Fox is shameless.
From Jarrod_Ravencraf: I've invested four months in Reunion, and Fox can't even give us an ending. Fox is not the top network, and I don't think it can afford to piss off any fans. What can we do? I need closure.
Vote to save it in this week's Save One Show poll. Truth told, it was all your mail about Reunion and Arrested that prompted the poll to run a bit earlier this year. And it really can make a difference.
From berline: Oh. My. Gawd. You said you know who killed Sam on Reunion? Spill! Please!
Well, here's the thing. I want to tell you, but if we want the show to come back (and based by the insane number of SOS votes for it, I'm guessing we do), I really shouldn't tell you because it will make the network suits less likely to pick it up, if the ending is already out there. So, shall we take a vote? Who thinks I should spill it? Who thinks we should save it? (We'll get to the answer in the Spoiler Zone.)
Okay apparently there's a hint as to who is the killer in the next bit here, so I'm going to mark it for spoilers just in case because I'm not sure yet if I want to know lol
From joeyblue199: Please, I beg of you. Do not say who killed Sam on Reunion! I really want to know, but this show is too good to let go, and I fear what will happen if you spill. No one will want to air it!
I know. And that seems to be the consensus. I agree, we shouldn't kill the show by releasing her killer! So, how about a hint instead? Read this only if you want to know. There were two people in the room when Sam died, and one of them is not one of the six main friends, but someone we have already met on the show.
From o_c_r_o_x : What if no one picks it up? We will live in wonder for so long! So, maybe if no one does pick it up, eventually, could you tell us who it was?
Absolutely. If no one picks it up, I will spill. Promise!
