FOX plans Angel Soundtrack!

There will be a soundtrack CD for Angel and you can contribute your suggestions on which tracks should definetely be included!

From a post Robert Kral (Angel composer) made at an Aussie Buffy forum the other day:

Guess what, Fox has FINALLY announced that they WANT to produce and release an Angel soundtrack (score) album.

I thought there was a thread here at BDU where tons of you folks put in requests as to what you would want from such an album....can anybody help me find that thread again??

Please feel free to make suggestions ASAP (um, I mean as soon as possible, not just ASAP), as they want me to send them a mock compilation next week sometime!!

Do we post here or their (although I cant find where on there) but heres what I think, that I can remember.

The Angel themetune (obviously)
Maybe a medly of the character singing as a joke
That song that plays when Faith beats up someone in Five by Five (not my kinda song but fits in with the scene)

Forgot all the music, gonna put a DVD on to see.
 
Bout time. The only things I can thing of are the theme tune and the extended version of the theme.
 
Mandy!lol...Mandy has to be there!!!!....ohhh...I love that song!!!!! *runs to watch ''Judgment'' * 😀😀
 
I love the idea..but if there's no Mandy and We're the Champions I won 't buy it...OK I'll buy it one way or another🙂
 
Oh,...We're are champions!!!...That song rocked!...Wesley was soooo freaking funny!!.
Those songs MUST be there!!

I love that creepy music that's playing when Dru prepares for Darla's rebirth in Reunion. It was also played when Wes hunted Fred in Billy.
 
The 'Fanged Four Theme', which was most recently heard in "Destiny" and that sounds like a cross between the 'Creepy Theme' and 'Darla's Theme'.
 
A Place Called Home, from Shells - of course.

Self Esteem is for Everybody, from Smile Time.

Faith's Rod Zombie song from Five by Five.
 
A Place CAlled Home from Shells has to be there. I love that song. I'll have to think for others. Self Esteem is for Everybody would be funny to have on there. And Mandy was really funny.

Who's Self-Esteem is for Everybody by, I can't remember it, and I didn't tape that episode...partially because Puppet Angel scared me so much...

its from the puppets, they sing it part way through and then sing it at the end/over the start of the credits when Wesley and Fred are getting all smoochy.

I will like LA's Song on there. I can't find on the net, music download systems, and it isn't on a CD. I think this CD is going to have a lot of scores since Angel has more scores then songs. I love all the songs you guys named.

Except Im not gonna suggest anything, because Im not that good with the music on Angel 😉
 
Oh this is great! Nice to know fox is giving us something, but this still doesn't even up to a season 6. I guess this will have to do🙂
