OK, so I was wondering what you guys thought of this chap.

Chances are if you're outside the UK, you won't know this guy so I have posted some clips - heck you might not even understand him or the jokes if you're outside the UK.

I MUST WARN YOU - he does get quite close to the bone and is definitely for adults (though I won't say anything if you're not old enough).

dude you rule... i love frankie boyle... he says the worst thing you could say on something on 'mock the week' but its what everyone is thinking. i liked on the compilation show of cut bits and best bits where dara went "please frankie and hugh can we have something we can broadcast"

i think im a little bit in love with Frankie Boyle.

Hahaha, yeah. I went to a filming of Mock the Week and I swear the 'live' show is about an hour long - they cut out SO much.

gotta say(even though I'm sure its been repeatedly said by lots of different folks) that your 'homer bored of the dead' thingy, that it is most awesome.
I love Boyle hes bloody hilarious but my favourite comedian would have to be Tommy Tiernan. The man is pure genuis.
 
Frankie Boyle is a legend! I see him around Glasgow all the time. Stood next to him on the bus and I don't think anyone else knew who he was, hehe.
 
Before this topic I had no idea who this guy was. I watched all the links, and I did find him to be quite funny. He's a good advertisement for me to watch more tv than just football programs. I did love the mass orgy in a minefield (even made me laugh out loud).

On panel quiz shows usually the other comedians can keep a straight face but with Boyle, generally they fall about - Ed Byrne in the 'Gay one' couldn't stop laughing for 5 minutes - thats the one I saw live
Oh ha! He's so funny. I love him on mock the week, (that's basically the only thing I know him from) he rocks, he is so rude and fast.
(but sometimes he's hard to understand, with his accent and all ^^)
 
This guy is soooo funny. I love him on mock the week, even if some of the things he says are a bit dodgy.

Not seen too much of him, but whenever i have seen him he's been seriously funny.

I generally find Frankie to be excellent comedic value on MtW but I haven't seen any of his other stuff...I can't check out the links here at work but I will when I get home to see if any of that 'other stuff' is there 🙂

There was, however, one recent MtW where I actually thought he went way too far...where he was mocking the appearance of the girl who won the swimming medals for GB in Beijing...totally out of order imo, not fair - turning on a non-celebby 'civilian' like that...he's not exactly an oil painting is he?
