Fray Question....how is the next slayer activated?

How do you think the next slayer, after Fray, is activated? Because the Slayer powers are divided between Harth and Melaka, I think that both of them have to die in order for the next slayer to be called. I mean, Harth's already dead, so once Mel is dead, the next slayer is called. Think of them as two halves of a Slayer.

I can't remember though. Doesn't Harth just get the dreams? Doesn't a Potential already have the dreams?

If a supernatural Slayer ability can exist within a male, what is or isn't possible? I wonder...

If Harth is truly an important part of the equation, could the Slayer line actually be split in two now? Both sibs generate a Slayer line? Are the Slayage and the psychic power now permanently separated? A line of psychics and a line of non-psychic Slayers? Dunno.
