I ain't seen season 5 yet but I want Fred with Spike. They would be great together. In my eyes the only thing Wes needs is he's Shotgun. The Wes / Shotgun sceens were some of the best in season 4. Hey! I've made a new ship! Wesley / Shotgun (or W/S). It can be called Wesgun. Who wants to join my new ship? 🙂

See, I'm weird, I hate Spike yet I think Fred and him are cute. But... but... Fred and Wes! I've been wanting these two together for so long. I can't decide between Fred/Wes, and Spike/Fred, both are VERY cute. I'm such a sap for unlucky in love Wesley, and yet though I don't like Spike, I feel sorry for him too because he is just as unlucky in love as Wesley. I think I'll just go with the Season, either couple are fine with me... but I think I still lean more towards the Fred/Wes side.
 
I'm simply not into couples who are too alike. When you have a couple in which both are introverts or extroverts, it is a recipe for a disasterous relationship. Or one that will end in a thud. This is why I was never into the Buffy/Angel, Xander/Cordelia, or Willow/Oz relationships. The couples either consisted of peole who are both introverts or extroverts. I could barely maintain interest in the Willow/Tara ship, because both were introverts and were sometimes, a bit boring. They only became interesting, when they became estranged. Both Wes and Fred are introverts and I think that they will end up boring each other. Nor do I believe that Fred will ever truly understand Wes.

You're making a big assumption here. Everyone likes W/F? I never said that I liked them as a couple. In fact, I dislike the idea.
 
I think she meant that just alot of people like them (just like I'm sure alot of people like Spred). Perhaps "(almost) everyone" would've been a better way to word it, but I got what she meant. 😉

W/F is actually called wed (at least, thats what I've seen people refer to it as) and S/F is called Spred. Yay for both of them! I still lean more towards Wed... but Spred isn't bad.

Definite awwage. But, when Wesley killed what he thought was his father, because he threatened Fred's life, he didn't even hesitate! Wesley went straight for the kill when it came to Fred's life... :: red ::

Same thing can be said about Spike in Hellbound, except he did hesitate.
