Freddie Prinze joins WWE, Sarah may be in angle.

They should bring back the old school wrestlers like Gangrel and all those who were vamps and get her to slay them.

I may start watching wrestling again if that happens that would just be hilarious.

Yeah, Undertaker rivalry would just fail, I don't know how they could put her to good use really.
 
Just for the sake of her career when Freddie asks, she should JUST SAY NO!

Its a step back for Freddie (who had a promising movie career) and would be for SMG aswell.
 
Ok, I am a HUGE WWE fan, like, seriously almost as addicted as I am to Buffy, so the idea of SMG popping up on Raw one night is majorly funny to me. I think I'd end up hating her being there, but it'd amuse me for a while.

Maybe Freddie's inclusion in the show would create new stroylines and get the shows back to what they were in the early 2000's, we can only hope.

I know Freddie's been to a number of live events these past few months, the cameras always seem to pick him out. And he attended the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony the night before Wrestlemania, when Ric Flair was indicted. Maybe it is true? *shrugs*

I used to watch wrestling. Benoit's death kinda got to me. I don't watch it anymore.

This sounds stupid. However, I will watch it if SMG is on it. Just one or two episodes.
 
I doubt very seriously Sarah would ever have an actual angle. Then again, it is WWE so you never know. Just because he's part of creative doesn't mean they are automatically gonna put SMG in the ring. I kinda have a feeling he is doing this as his own thing, hence the events he's been to and blogging on his own and such.

I could handle her in small doses such as a valet for someone on the occasion or what not, but I really don't see it ever happening. She might do some sort of promotional stuff, but that's about it.

And not knocking her, but Vince prefers to showcase voluptuous women on TV, if you catch my drift.
 
Another reason to watch WWE...

Sarah Michelle Gellar's better half,Freddie Prinze Jr.,is now working for them.

He recently joined their creative team and will be helping to produce their shows.

OK...my take...

Right now,RAW especially has gotten quite the boost from all the draft switching around. Hell,the chaos storyline has brought back some very interesting dynamics.

(And all hail RAW champ CM Punk....proof that the "little guy" can win. And dude can talk up a storm,too!)

But...let us all hope that SMG doesn't do any on-camera stuff. (She'd certainly be welcome behind the scenes,though.) Even if it's to teach the....ahem,LESS talented female wrestlers how to actually fight. I have to agree with Evilyn on the E's attitude towards womens' on camera roles;however,they've always had a few talented female wrestlers along with all the eye candy.

If Smackdown was still on the CW,yeah.

Since they're going to MyNetwork TV this fall,their cross-promotion chances are limited. Unless you consider the show Jail...you know,for steroid stuff....🙂
 
Let's be honest. The Draft blew. The reason behind it, according to some magazine I read in town today (forget the name) was to boost Smackdown's ratings. That's why the some of the bigger names were sent over there...Triple H, Jeff Hardy, Maria and JR, to name a few. Which I don;t get...'cause they brought CM Punk, Batista and Rey Mysterio to Raw, who are three of the biggest stars right now.

Everyone knows that Raw gets the best ratings, and by sending some of the bigger stars to the others shows, but keep them out of thr main storylines, is not the way to get more veiwers. People are still gonna switch off if their favorite star isn't getting the screentime.
 
I might have to dig up my 'Alchol Fueled Whoop Ass Machine' and 'Respect is Earned, Fear is Demanded' t-shirts and start watching WWE again, Or maybe not. (depends on how they handle it) Don't get me wrong, I enjoy seeing Freddie and Sarah together, they are a pretty cool couple. The thing is, I bet Kane will be caught in a pink Tutu before Joss lets any intellectual property/ Buffy goodness go the way of WWE.

Still might be cool, though.

I guess it comes down to the fact that though I like Sarah, I love Buffy. I would still enjoy SMG throwing a crisp backhand, but at the end of the day its Mountain Frost, not Mountain Dew. Tastes the same to some, but you know its not the real deal.
......................But a full can of Mountain frost is better than an empty can of Mountain Dew. 🙂
 
Is there actually any concrete evidence that SMG may appear on WWE? It seems like it's all rumours to me. In none of the genuine reports (i.e. from WWE itself) I have seen or read has SMG been mentioned in any capacity other than being Freddie's wife.
 
smg in wrestleing sounds kinda weird but would be i'd love to see this plus think how many people who aren;t wrestleing fans would tune in to watch it just cus of smg lol!

i hope wwe does get back to how it used to be in the 1998-2000 attitude era when things were at there best!!

it would be a bit of fun for smg to be on it but i dont think it would ruin her career or oat
 
Am I the only one who finds this hilarious?

I'm not that big a WWE fan at the moment, but this is just brilliant. The comedic value. I so wish we'd get to see SMG on WWE.

And seriously, a short stint in the WWE will not ruin anyones career. For someone like SMG it would probably even boost it.
 
I used to watch wrestling... back in the days of Ric Flair & Mr Wrestling I & II, and all those "old" dudes.

But I grew out of it. (thank the goddesses!)

The only way I'd watch it is if Spike (James Marsters) was on there, & even then, it'd have to be a SNL or Mad TV skit.
