"Fredless" Deleted Scenes??

I remember reading somewhere that there were deleted scenes for "Fredless" that mentioned that Fred had siblings. I just got the US Angel S3 DVD set, and they are nowhere to be found. Anyone know if they really exist, in some form? Anyone know what I'm talking about?!
