From bad to worse

I really hope for his family that it isn't true. The fact that Gloria "I-Will-Help-You-Sue-Any-Man-Anywhere" Allred is the representing this woman cast doubt over the legitimacy of the claim for me.
 
Am I bad person for wishing I had finished my Bones re-watch before reading these news?

It is horrible. I hope it was a harmless misunderstanding, not something similar to the bathroom scene in Seeing Red.
 
I'm hoping it was a misunderstanding, too... If I find out David's one of those dudes who gropes chicks or whatever just because he thinks he "can", I will lose all respect for him.
 
I know that David is a little flirty and such but I honestly don't believe this. For some reason it just doesn't sit well with me because this is happening so close to the cheating scandal. I don't know I don't think and hope it isn't true.
 
I've never been someone who pays much attention to what goes on in celebrities lives outside of their work and projects. For one, I think that despite their 'job' they are shown so little respect and it is disgusting how people invade their private lives because they think they can; because they're famous. On top of that principal, there are so few details at present, not too mention far too many opportunists in the world without a scrap decency who will happily trounce all over people for their money that I'm not buying it. Despite the interviews etc, we never really know what celebrities are like so I try not to judge too much.

Even if I did, I'd rather not know whether it's true or not because it's none of my business.

That Gloria one must, like, hate men.

I don't know, or don't care about it, I read it today on twitter, it linked to the actresses IMDB page, she has one, but hasn't had a single job, yet has pics and a bio, and with it being so close to the cheating thing, just smells fishy.

While the cheating was easy for me to believe, I somehow just have doubts about this. I doubt he would go to those extremes to try to get anywhere with her when he already had his mistress on the side. And waiting over a year after it happened just seems a bit suspicious. If it were true (htg it is not) then Davids rep will forever be stained.

Lots of sexually harassed victims don't report the crime right away. They could be in denial, scared, trying to live with it at first before doing the right thing, etc etc.

It could be a sign she's lying, but it could also be a sign it actually happened.

This is such horrible news to hear. Sometimes I wish that I just didn't find things out - this is one of those cases.

I've never been a huge fan of Angel or David Boreanaz thank God, but I can just imagine how horrible the fans of his would feel about this.

He's not innocent. HE was the one who admitted to cheating on his wife and he only did it so he wouldn't have to pay anyone off. It's also pretty much been confirmed that he cheated on his first wife as well.

Whether he actually harassed this woman or not, the guy's a creep.

Anyway: hoping this is not true, it would be even worse than the cheatingthing. And I agree with HisMrs: I wouldn't be a fan of David anymore when this is proven to be true. Cheating is wrong, Sexually harrassing someone even more disgusting.

I'am talking about him being innocent in regard to the sexual allegations.

Of course he is not innocent when it comes down to cheating on his wife but that's not the point. This case could see him put behind bars and if he innocent then he doesn't deserve that.
 
I thought this was a lawsuit and nothing in a criminal court? If he lost, he'd have to shell out money, not go to prison.
 
According to the suit, Boreanaz continually told Hagan he was trying to find an acting role for her, but never delivered.
