I'm so thrilled right now. This week my friend and her girlfriend were couple number eighty something for gay couples registering for marriage licensing in Oregon.

I am just so happy for them right now. can't get over it. They're the nicest people and the best couple.

Just thought that I would share seen as we've been discussing gay marriage on the the boards lately.
 
Woo! Yay for them. I'm happy they were aloud to get married. And I still stand by my opinion that all gay/lesbian couples should be married, but that's not the topic of this thread so I'll shut up now.

That is sooooo cool! I think no matter what gender you prefer if you love each other enough you should be able to get married! Tell them that the are my heros 😉 ::bat::

I can see it now, I'll tell them that Hero, Shell, Willow02, Allycat, Rene, Joan, MakiLightAngel, and Elmo think their swell and wish them luck.... then I can e-mail you all from the assylum. 😉

That's SO awesome! God, such good news! My dad is anti gay anything and we always fight when we hear about this...I get so reved up when they discuss it on the news...I can't understand what the big deal is...two people love one another...why can't they be married? What the hell business is it of anyone else? Damn, who has the right to run peoples lives that way? Sorry, I rant...it's what I do...Best wishes to your friends! Three cheers for them!!! 😉
