Question Frustrated, Help!

I cannot figure out how to contact a mod or anyone else who may be able to help me with a problem on the board, something that I just personally felt like was unnecessary. I've looked through the faq and it told me to contact a mod, but I'm still confused and not sure who and how to go about doing that. I wish it had been written out to be better understood.

Because, I really need to speak with someone about this.

I did look at the list of moderators and that only served to confuse me more, but thank you for letting me know and for answering my question. I wasn't exactly sure about how to go about this. 🙂
