I feel sorry for her. It must be really tough. I was laughing at first as I thought she did it as a joke, but she actually believes she's good and was doing it sincere. Then you watch the videos she gave prior to the Olympics and when she discusses her moveset she knows she's not that good. It's really sad.
 
I don't feel sorry for her; some people, eh, embarrassment finds them through no fault of their own, this woman brought the mother-load of embarrassment upon herself. If we're to blame anybody for laughing at her then blame those who put her forward into the spotlight as a viable 'Olympian athlete'. I'd look at her husband principally.

I read about what she did before, I'm sure she can get generate another book of college-level flimflam from all of this.
 
I don't blame anyone for laughing at her. I just feel sorry she's under the impression she's actually good at it. Listen to the clip where she said she told her students she's going to perform at the olympics and they thought it as a joke and all laughed. Her facial expression tells it all.

Financially though, she may end up having the last laugh. She might profit from all of this.

Is it me, or is a lot of older comedy simply written much better than what there is today? (Warning: Don't fall down a Two Ronnies rabbit hole! So many of their sketches have such brilliant wordplay and timing.)
