funniest episode

How could you pick?! There are so many! I start to try and then my head just wants to go POP! I think this is one of those threads where Rayne sits back and laughs at all of your wonderful posts.
 
Carpe Noctem from season 3 of Angel. Basicly for the whole Angel / Wesley conversation.

"Angel pulls up a chair on the other side of Wes' desk and sits down.

Angel: "So, we gotta talk. The thing is, I've got nothing against you personally. It's just..."

Wes raises his head to stare at Angel who shifts uncomfortably in his chair.

Angel not looking at Wes: "O-ho, this is gonna be harder than I-I thought. I just don't know how to spit this out."

Wes comes around the desk and sits down on it's edge facing Angel.

Wes: "Angel. Whatever it is, you know I'm here for you."

Wes stretches out a hand towards Angel, and Angel hurriedly scoots his chair back.

Angel: "Yeah. That may be the problem. (Chuckles uncomfortably) I mean, whatever we - had... - whatever we - did. I just think that we should keep that - behind us. - Start from scratch. You know, two men working side by side. But, you know, none of that - funny stuff."

Wes straightens up, a slight frown on his face. Angel offers his hand.

Angel: "Shake on that?"

Wes after a beat: "I guess."

Wes takes Angel's hand, who gives it a hearty shake, then pulls Wes into a big hug.

Angel: "Hey, all right. Gimme a hug."

Also this bit from Inside Out (Angel - Season 4).

Angel: Keep working on a way to locate this thing. If I'm not back in a couple of hours"”

Gunn: You're dead, we're screwed, end of the world.
 
lol...1 that comes to mind which is funny is Gingerbread from Season 3 in BTVS...there are so many I can't remember them all...
 
THere are alot of funny episodes, here's a rundown of the few that I think are overly hilarious.

1) Storyteller-In my opinion THE funniest ever. Tom Lenk did a really good job coming off not only funny, but you got a feel for Andrew. So many funny moents in this episode, "We Are As Gods" being my favorite, The Romance Novel sequence, Andrew riping on Buffy's speeches, special appearance by The Cheeseman made this the all time funniest in a pretty serious season.

2)Restless- Not only was this a genius concept, but it also gave us one fo the funniest monets on Buffy, I'm talking about the weird version of "Death Of A Salesman". Even people who absolutely hate Riley, should atleast appreciate the good job he did as "Cowboy guy". Not to mention Anya learing how to drive by just gesturing rapidly, Giles song, Spike posing, Riley becoming the surgeon general and defending The Intiative by building a fort made out of cshions and sheets, and The CheeseMan.

3) SuperStar- I'm going to say this just once, Jonothan should've became a Scoob, he was funny yet serious all in one. And you have got to love the the opening credits for that episode.

4) Doomed- Mainly in part to Spike fighting demons in a pair of khaki shorts and hawiian shirt. And his speech about fighting evil at the end was classic.

5)Dead Man's Party- Not the greatest episode ever, but gave a few funny moents, like Oz talking about the get together,shindig or hootinanny (alot of hoot with a little bit of nanny), and Buffy harrasing Jonothan at her party was funny also.

I can't think of any singular EPISODE I found funny right off the top of my head....but there are some funny MOMENTS that I remember. My all time fave funny moment was from ANGEL Season 1, in the first few moments of the episode titled "SHE", when Angel envisioned what he would look like trying to dance at the party. It still cracks me up watching him trying to rock out to the techno music.
And during the ending credits, there's an outtake of Wesley trying to groove to the beat. Priceless!
 
HAHAHAHAHA! I had forgotten that! I SO need to see Angel's first two seasons again. I forgot so much of it! And I never saw a few of the episodes. Like the one with Spike and Oz and the one with Faith...I missed some good sh*t!
 
too many!!

I really like season 5 ones, also I loved te end of this season of angel
when there was Angelus instead of Angel, that was hellfunny!! And they were like "do you think he knows faith is here" and he created this giant poster saying "welcome faith"

Xander has to be number one funny guy, the interaction between he and Cordelia in S1, S2 and S3 were priceless.
Season one had some very funny moments especially in the puppet show.
 
I know i'm the one that started this topic but i really don't know what i think the funniset episode is..i really like the part in that dream one was it "restless" or something like that? where giles is dreaming about him and spike in suits on the swings..that was so funny
