Funniest: Him. There were really only two comedy episodes this season, and I didn't find Storyteller all that funny. Him started off not-so-funny and just boring, but the last fifteen minutes were really funny. Still, not the best comedy to come out of Buffy.
Scariest: Conversations With Dead People. What else am I supposed to choose?
Favorite: Selfless, please. I love Anya so much, probably my favorite character, and Emma's acting is so good!
I'll add another category, cause I guess I disagree with most of you.
Least Favorite: Chosen: A horrible end to the series, IMO. SO many plot errors, and the characters didn't even get a nice end. I know everyone disagrees with me, but I feel more than 25 minutes of it is just flashy lights and inspiring music. That's...it. First Date: What was the point of this episode? It was dumb, and one of those stereotypical "Xander loves a demon" episodes. It reminded me of "Teacher's Pet". Get It Done Bye Buffy-the-character-we've-learned-to-love, hello Buffy-the-Bitch, who calls girls who were scared and committed suicide idiots...stupid. Lies My Parents Told Me: Don't like Spike, and this episode Spike, only with a twist: he's out of character! Wood's story is dumb, Spike is OOC, Buffy is OOC, Giles is OOC. Nobody stays true to character: it's not "Buffy" anymore in this episode.
