Funny/Dangerous Alcohol Experiences

I know someone that doesn't drink. I wouldn't call her a friend but I've known her for a long time. She doesn't drink because her parents were both alcoholics. I guess some part of her was always worried that if she ever drank that she would turn into them. Where her parents were neglectful she is the complete opposite. She completely mollycoddles her two kids. I pity whoever has to pay for that therapy bill.

I understand why someone wouldn't drink for the reason I mentioned, or for another legitimate reason. I don't understand why you would deprive yourself of the very simple experience of being drunk, just once. Just to know what it's like.

Being sober while other people are drunk just sucks. I've been there, drunk people are annoying. Worse that the burden of responsibility is on your shoulders because their perception is askew.

Show me the way to the next whiskey bar.

I don't really have many embarrassing alcohol stories, because I've never gotten drunk enough to completely lose control. However, I did manage to hit my head against a TV screen while getting up, when it was five feet away from me.

Hard.

I was with a group of friends, I got pretty lit up , and I ended up somehow putting an OPEN can of beer into my front pants-pocket and forgot about it. Apparently everybody noticed the huge wet spot in my pants as I sat in a recliner, and they decided to ask me about it quite a bit later. I pulled the now-empty can out of my pocket (much to their amusement). I have NO idea why I put the open can of beer in my pocket.............(perhaps when I went to the washroom?)

That is about the only family-friendly funny drunk story that I have.

Also, a lot of the time I get drunk in front of my mother without her having any idea. I'll usually have vodka mixed with juice and I'll drink a ton of it, and I start acting drunk but she just thinks I'm being weird...lol. She has no idea I've ever even had a sip of alcohol before. Although she wouldn't freak out if she found out, but still.

well, theres skinny dipping...and streaking, and probably a lot of nakeey-ness, which isnt family friendly...so..

LOL - been there, done that with the skinny-dipping.....
Well I have loads of embarassing stories.

Once I got so drunk that I fell down some stairs as I was leaving a pub, I did the whole, I'm not drunk I just slipped story which would have been great only I went and did the same thing in the same pub a week later! So not good!

Another time I fell down some steps at a house party and completely took the skin of my knee, which didn't hurt at the time but the next day absolutely killed!

Christmas Eve, I lost 4 hours of my life, I remember 10 o'clock but after that it goes completely blank which isn't good as my friends say I gave 3 different boys a christmas kiss! Not so embarassing at the time but the next day was sooo embarassing.

Last summer, during a party at my house, I was running after a friend and somehow he stopped right before the couch...but I didn't!Instead I hit the wall and crashed to the ground...I ended up with a very bruised arch of the eyebrow!
Once, I was out with some friends and we decided to leave the bar to go the a night club. Two of my friends met some classmate so I had to wait with my other friend. She was bored so she started to sing some stupid stuff in spanish.I guess I found it funny cuz I started repeating what she said but in english! So we were in the middle of the street yelling at 2 in the morning!that's embarassing!

OUCH! Oddly, I seem to walk in to stuff when I'm sober!
Drunken stories and Faith go hand in hand. We have some with marines in a cemetary at 3am, we have Faith and Elmo and photographic evidence in a PJ's and Tiara's party, with 'why is the rum gone and we do believe in faeries'. We have Faith and Elmo and stories involving a Kane gig, Angel actors and the support act. And that one time at a friends party where instead of saving a falling Elmo and having me, her and the drinks hit the floor I caught the drinks and let her fall.....apologies sweetie but it was Jack and better one of us than both of us.

Hmmm...I thought there was more to those stories than "We had a good time..."
I was at my friends party that she was throwing in a hotel room. I had one of those red plastic cups filled with orange juice and vodka and Angelica, Tina, Jillesa, Steve, and I were walking back to our hotel room. On the way there, Steve was complaining that he wanted more to drink, but I could already tell he should be cut off, especially because he had to drive home. So I told him that if he could carry me on his back all the way back to the room, which was down the hall, I'd let him have more. Keep in mind the guy is a couple inches shorter than I am. When we were two rooms from ours he tripped and fell taking me down with him. As we fell I bumped into Angelica and took her down with us. The three of us were lying on the floor on the second floor of a hotel, laughing hysterically. Luckily, my drink was not spilled, though I did get a bruise on my knee.

We're dying of laughter on the floor when a door opens up. It's some big 7 foot tall, muscular guy. I'm thinking, "Oh, crap..." Turned out he was some foreign guy who was interning in America for 3 months. I think he was from Germany. Everyone went back to our room and I stayed to talk with him in the hall because I ramble on when I'm drunk more than I do sober. Out of no where he invites me back into his room, and in my drunken-ness, I say ok and follow him inside. I'm sitting on his bed, while he's "freshening up," in the bathroom and I think, "Wait a minute....." and realize I should get out of the room as soon as possible.

So I ran out of the room, still not spilling my drink, and entered the party I was supposed to be at. No one even noticed I was gone.

Sounds like the plot of a slasher movie...;)
I have many stories! I'll only tell a couple though.

When I was 17 me and one of my best friends went out to the pub we used to go to every month. We realised the shots were really cheap so thought wed give them a try. A few shots mixed with a lot of other different thinks makes for a very drunk Esther.

So somehow we managed to call a taxi. The rest I dont remember much of but I have been told.

I couldnt get out the taxi (too drunk) So I got hauled out. We were up the road from Michelles house (my friend) I dont know why we got off there. Anyway I was sitting down cos I couldnt stand. I fell over (apparently I couldnt sit either) and knocked myself unconcious.

As if that wasnt bad enough the police went pat as I was unconcious in the ground. They asked Michelle how old I was and called an ambulance. Michelle had to phone her dad to come see us. He'd been drinking so he had to walk up and phone my dad. I got taken to the hospital. Now Up to this point I dont remember much. But the thing I do remember vividly is what was going through my head in the ambulance. I remeber looking at my hand and being amazed that my ring was still on (it was a bit big and had a tendancy to fall off). And the other thing (and this is where Im a very big geek!) I was thinking that I was gonna die and I was never gonna see how Bufy ends. I swear to god, as I was lying in an amulance, thats what was going through my head.

So luckily I started to get really sick so they didnt have to pump my stomach. The next day when I went downstairs (with a massive bump on my head) my dad took one look at me and burst out laughing. Glad he saw the funny side. And the scary thing was, a month later I nearly did it again.

Another story. Again when I was 17. I had a party for my birthday. My mum and brother went out and left us the house. Me and about 6 friends (all girls). Bad idea. So the guys we knew from the area ended up crashing the party. There ended up about 100 of us. Including a girl I hadnt seen since I was about 5 and had moved to Edinburgh or something. Creepy.

Anyway as usual we were drinking a lot. One of my friends went running outside so I went after her. I had on platform sandals (how cool was I 😛) and was running up concrete steps. I naturally fell right on my chin. Didnt even notice. When I went back inside peple were saying to me that I was bleeding. I looked at my elbow and it was cut. I ignored it. I then found out a few minutes later that I had split my chin open and thats what people were talking about. Didnt hurt at the time but it did after I sobered up. I have a nice big scar now 😛

So that 2 stories. And thats only when I was 17. Im 24 now. Thats a lot of drinking time 🙂

I don't know how, but once I remember drinking at a friend's bonfire and then waking up in a tent in the middle of the living room of their house. Scary. And the thing is, I wanted to liven up the mystery and I haven't to this day asked what happened.

I named a rat Allister this weekend. Told everyone to stop feeding poor Allister because he was getting fat....no idea why.

Yeah....it wasn't that exciting.

If I'm drunk out in public I usually try to stick straws in the pockets of unsuspecting males (and it usually works) and this will often amuse me to no end, as well as everyone else that is watching me.

Or the time on Australia day when I thought I knew how to tango...

Or the time I decided I was at a toga party in NZ and I thought I could out-kareoke one of the other guys of my Contiki tour...

Or when I just love everyone and I hug every single person that I see. Or bite them if feel the need.

It's all a blurry haze of recollection....

I partied with a band on Saturday. Which, as a rule, is completely different than partying with regular people. Let's see...there was the making out with my ex girlfriend, overly touching the drummer...alomst passing out in the bathroom, and takig two more shots so I was numb all over and my boyfriend had to drag me away. It was...interesting.
