Inspired by the Toddlers texting thread it got me thinking... (rare I know)!!

I know we have a few parents on this forum now, so what are the crazy/annoying/damaging/weird things your kid/kids have done over the years???

My girl has enjoyed talcing her entire bedroom, smothering her double wardrobe in sudocrem (and herself), painted in blood on the toilet walls after picking a spot (!!! I know)....

Bite-size likes to publicly humiliate me, it's her "thing". A beautiful summer's day this year when she was about 9 months old, we were dressed in shorts and t-shirt and enjoying the weather at one of the city's parks. It was really busy and we were sitting right next to the play park so she could watch all the kids playing from her buggy. The weather was perfect, no clouds, hot and sunny with a gentle breeze. All of a sudden a few parents from the park starting looking around and making faces. That's when I realised my darling daughter had went poops - a lentil soup consistency which had leaked from her nappy and all over her buggy and she was slapping it and laughing. There are no public toilets in said park so I had to put her on the blanket I was sitting on and try to clean her, the buggy, put a nappy on her backwards, going through a whole packet of baby wipes we had made virtually no progress, so with all the parents watching on like not being able to look at a car crash, off we went with our shitty buggy back home for baths and the binning of the buggy.

That was probably the worst. Another time when she was 4 months old she spewed a whole bottles worth of formula milk straight onto my face. Ahh, reflux, I do detest thee. It was obviously while we were in a busy restaurant with my other half's family.

It can only get better, right?

RIGHT?!?!?

One of the best things I had heard was a little boy who was taking place in a church Easter pageant. The minister asked him, "What do you know about the resurrection?"

The boy said (in front of the congregation), "If a resurrection lasts longer than four hours, you should see a doctor."

Good laughs for the congregation.

Oh, my, I'm not sure I should even start this list! I have three kids, currently aged 5, 4, and 2. Here are some things they have done over the years that I can recall:

-Pulling down my shirt and exposing my bra during Mass
-Pooping so loud at a dinner after his Baptism that the entire room in the restaurant heard it. That was one of those "use the whole bag of wipes" times. And really, every time he pooped for the first three months of his life, it went everywhere - up and out. So much laundry.
-Puking during Mass all over my mother, the hymnal, and pew in front of us. I was saying thank you prayers that no one happened to be sitting there.
-Pulling pants down to pee while waiting in line for a ride at a fair
-Shaving cream in the bathtub. It went everywhere in the bathroom. Everywhere.
-Pooping on the floor while potty training. While trying to get the kid in the bathroom to clean up, my dog went and rolled in it. It was February, so I could not take them outside to hose them off.
-My daughter sits on babies. Like, literally. Super awkward when they are children of people I don't know.
-The boys once dumped sandbox sand all over my daughter's head. It's like sugar. And she has very fine, curly hair. I was not amused.
-My oldest is very much the stereotypcial oldest child. He likes to be in charge and basically give directions. At the playground once he had all the kids gathered around him and I hear him say, "Now, listen to my commands!" *facepalm*

Ok, I should just stop now...

When my baby brother was a toddler he would jump from the staircase of our house, just jump out with his arms stretched out, fully confident that I would be able to catch him no matter where I was! (When I was in the house that is...) We had no accidents but it was a horrible worry that it would end badly so we got a gate to cover those stairs!

I was starting to notice a trend there!

Your kids sound hilarious, PB!

Today my almost one year old and I were on the bus with her in the buggy. It got really crowded and busy at one point so we had a lot of people standing next to us and the pram. The little one decided to start grabbing people's asses and pulling their trousers. I just kept apologising! What else could I say?!

I don't have any kids but my sister has plenty. They are pretty funny and do some crazy stuff. Once I was babysitting my 4 year old niece and I was watching Buffy cause it was on TV and I got excited. It was Beauty and the Beasts, and she was watching it with me, and at the end when Oz turns into a wolf, I go "look he's a werewolf now" and she says "oh no, that's why I don't go out during a full moon". lol. I was like how does she know that? Does she watch a lot of monster movies? It just cracked me up. Kids say the funniest things.
