Lol, it's sort of like the same thing as our usernames here on BB. They're used for online multiplayer gaming, kind of like your very own e-mail address in the gaming world so people can contact you and pair up to play/communicate etc. 🙂

I would post mine but my Xbox Live membership expired a while ago, and I'll probably make a new one when I eventually go back. Will post it whenever I do! Does anyone here play Halo 3, Call of Duty, or Modern Warfare?

yea i play COD WaW and MW2 sometimes
Well, at least you were once a player BEG! Lol. Halo 3 is definitely the most competitive multiplayer game on Xbox Live. I don't know if you played long enough to know the ranking system, but some people can seriously kick butt in the game! I played it about 3 months and got pretty decent, my highest skill I think was 42 which is pretty high. I just didn't have the patience that some people have to practice, practice, practice, to achieve the holy "50". I remember adding people and they'd be on like 18 hours straight playing, and some even paid other gamers for accounts or to level them up to a level 50 in the game! That's where the line is crossed for me, gaming is gaming. It's supposed to be fun, I mean I think I've spent enough money buying the console and the games itself. I don't even understand why some people would spend $50-$200 (maybe more) on something that will be obsolete in a few years..

Haven't played Halo 3 in ages, and I just started playing the multiplayer for MW.

I haven't spent that much time in any other games online, so I'm not that educated on these new titles I've started playing.. but have you guys experienced/seen anything like that with other games too?:: wacko2

PSN id's

I noticed someone started a thread for Xbox360 online id's, so I thought I'd start one for any PS3 users to share their id's. Mine is pieceofgosa (I have no imagination 🙂 ) Please feel free to add me if you want, I can usually be found playing either Guitar Hero 3 or MW2. 🙂
