Gary Unmarried

I heard about this show before it started but as the tv-season began I forgot about it. But thanks to this thread I looked it up. Not an awesome show but it has some laughs and it´s easy to watch. Anyone know why they changed the daughter after one episode? Not as easy as they made a pilot, didn´t think she was good enough and didn´t make a new pilot is it?
