Gender vs. Avatars

I thought it would be interesting to see why people choose their avatars.

I also thought it would be interesting to see if people are more likely to choose an avatar of their gender...

Well I'm female and my avatar is female. I chose Inara as I love her a little bit, but I had Giles before. I don't think it matters what gender it is, if anything it's nice mixing it up a bit.

I chose Principal Snyder because he is the most important supporting actor of the entire Buffyverse. He is brilliant. He is funny. He is the glue that holds the whole show together. In fact, if they kept Principal Flutie, I bet BtVS would have been canceled after the 8th or 9th episode. That is how important he is to the entire show.

I expected everyone to have picked Snyder as an avatar. But I think I'm the only one... perhaps the only one who ever has in the history of BB. lol

And I picked Illyria 'cause I like her. She's awesome, blue, and she's an easy favorite to me.

I change my avatar often... really because I can custom it. But when I'm not prefect and can't do custom avatar, I'm a female with a male avatar. I'll probably go back to William when I'm not prefect anymore.

I am a woman using a male avatar. This, coupled with my username, often leads to me being mistaken as a male but my details VERY CLEARLY STATE I AM FEMALE! 😛

Nine times out of ten I am going to have an Angel avatar. The other time will probably be a Bangel one 😛

The one I'm using now I have been using for a very long time and I have zero intention of changing it simply because it is my very favourite image of Angel. Ever.

I think I might change it soon, only cause I like to change things, it's fun. Not sure what to yet though.
