"Get It Done" Question / Error

In "Get It Done" Buffy meets the men who created the slayer. The tell her they can't give knowlegde. Only Power. Yet just before Buffy is brought back into her own time they "show" her what lay waiting for her in the Hellmouth. Therefore providing "knowlege" of what was below Sunnydale. Huh?

Maybe they were being clever, and knew that Buffy wouldnt accept the power they offered her, so the visions she was shown, was her power...I understand what your saying, what they shown her was knowledge...but as I say, maybe they were trying to show off....I mean, they seemed the type of show-off-y people dont you think? With there spells, and big sticks....
This conversation took an interesting...and frightening turn...

lol. I see where your coming from. So maybe the fact she knew what was to come helped her have more power and controll over the Hellmouth!
