Giant Mantis-lady cliff hanger

Buffy could have made another episode out of the mantis episode. If you remember the ending of the episode, Buffy closes the closet door (or something like that), and you see a few eggs hatching in there. What do you think? Good sequel to that episode?

I'm very glad they didn't make that episode into a sequel! I love all Buffy episodes but that one was pretty bad.

I thought they would bring it to light later on but when they didn't it wasn't a bad thing that's for sure...

All epps of Buffy are great for one reason or another...sometimes the monsters or villians are not so hot! They mantis was pretty goofy...they did leave it open, but I think they probably realized it wasn't that great either and so decided never to do anything with it again.

LoL. Probably. They actually made a comic book off of it. There was a few of them where giant bugs were attacking in Sunnydale. I have like 2 issues lol.

I'm actually quite happy that they didn't do the sequel... Teacher's Pet is one of my least favorite episodes so I really wouldn't like to see second episode about prayin mantis.

Buffy has alot of cliff hangers, now im kind of glad they didnt do anything with the eggs.

But they couldve made so many follow up episodes if they wanted like:

Amys mom-she was stuck in the trophy and Oz even looked at the trophy and was all like "the eyes move around"

The Fish guys, they went off into the sea never to be heard from agian

Yeah, those are two good ones too. I forgot about those. Well, the episodes probably got bad ratings so they didnt want to bring it up again.

they did leave it open for a sequel, but thank god they never actually did a sequel, because i really did not like that episode

Why does alot of people not like this ep? I thought it's good. I really like it.

I enjoyed this epi and it was one of my fave of the season but I feel it would of been to cheesy maybe for a sequel.
