Anyone catch the first part, which was on British Sky today? Been ages since I've seen that ep, but it still rocks hard, especially Buffy and Faith going at each other. Already looking forward to tomorrow's finale - the Mayor's ascension is somewhat memorable.

Favourite moment of today's ep - Angel walking into the door frame. 😉

I saw Graduation Pt1 and Pt2
I thought were Angel walked into the door was funny.

Pt2 was just on a bit ago. Its one of my fav ep's that. It was sad seeing Angel walk away and at the begin when he was talking to Willow as he thought it was Buffy he said he shudn't leave that he needed her....then why did he? ? ? ?🙁 I liked it where Buffy blew the skewl v.cool. and in Faiths dream what did she mean by 'Little Ms. Muffet counting down from 7-3-0' ? ? ?

No more Angel on Buffy now until 'Pangs' 🙁

faith ment with 'Little Ms. Muffet counting down from 7-3-0' ? ? ?

that buffy was going to die in the gift that what she ment witht hat

Yeah, saw pt2 today. Man, I'd forgotten how intense the scene where Angel sucks Buffy's blood was. Creepy stuff.

I also forgot how brilliant this ep was. Buffy & Faith's dream came across as being a lot more surreal than I remembered. In retrospect, it also seems like a big jump from Graduation Day pt2 to the first episode of Angel, don't you think?

As for the 'little Ms Muffet' quote, well, I've heard the theory that it was a premonition of Buffy's death before. As I understand it, it's because 730 is two times 365, and exactly two years worth of days. Given that Buffy dies at the end of season five, exactly two years from this ep, I guess that makes sense, although I doubt that Joss would be able to predict a storyline like that. I've also heard the idea that she simply means that it's 7.30 in the morning, and Buffy had better get a move on to not be late for graduation. Meh.

Today's best dialogue? Oz's suggestion that they 'attack the Mayor with hummus'.

well it was set the storyline joss alreadyknew he was going to kill buffy at theend of season one. andcordelia was funnyin this episode too

Angel: "Well, he's not crazy about germs."
Cordelia: "Of course, that's it. We attack him with germs!"
Buffy: "Great! We'll corner him and then you can sneeze on him."
Cordelia gesturing excitedly: "No! No, we'll get a box with the Ebola virus and"¦ and"¦. Or it doesn't even have to be real, we can just get a box that says Ebola on it and"¦ uhm (snaps her fingers) chase him"¦ (Oz frowns and no one else says anything) with the box"¦"

Really? He had five seasons worth of material all planned out?

Of course, 730 could have been a reference to two years earlier, as opposed to later, which would be the end of season one... when Buffy also died. 😉

no it was in a interview and it isnt 5 years but 2 years and he already had alot of season 5 ready because he was thinking ahead this was in a interview too kristen sutherland (joyce) went too him and told him she couldnt be in too many episodes this year (season 4) because she will be house sitting for a friend in italy he said no thats great because im planning to kill you in season 5 so that comes great. and why would faith say that joss knew it from before he also knew dawn was gonne come at the end of season 5.

I thought when Willow was junior, Oz was a senior? but in Graduation Day he was a senoir? ? had he been dropped back a year? ? ?

Ya.

Oz came to the school.

Willow: You came to see me? With books? Are they books for me?
Oz: No, they're actually sort of for me.

Oz said that he didn't graduate

Willow: That was what summer school was for.
Oz: Remember when I didn't go?

I though that the 7-3-0 was the day that Buffy died.

Is that on her tombstone as the day she died? That's what I had always heard.

Well I wasnt a fan of buffy around the time but if Joss knew that Buffy had been re-newed for two seasons he could just put in the 7-3-0 line because he was planning something big for S5 finale.

I watched them, good episodes. First time I have seen them. On weds watched part two, then went on holiday, drove to the airport which was exactly 73.0 miles away and our flight was at 7:30 (and got back today to find my VCR didnt tape buffy!)

I'm doing my own buffy marathon at the mo and i'm on 'the harsh light of day' so i just recently watched 'graduation day'
And i think the 7-3-0 idea is very clever, and he did know about killing buffy in 'the gift' as he wanted to create an amzing 100th ep. and he certainly did.

graduation day fave bit - when the mayor sais ''well gosh'' before he dies lol

The other day I saw the buffy episodes of the prom grad day 1 and 2 fter another! 3 hours of buffy beats anything, anyway it has changed from now since then so much!! I was like thinking "It's not everyday you get to blow up your school!"
