Greatest Fight Scene EVER?

OK, well i suppose you can describe your personal favourite fight scene but honestly NONE will beat mine(for me that is)

Show: My Name Is Earl
Episode: The Bounty Hunter
Characters/Actors: Earl - Jason Lee, Joy - Jaime Pressly, Jesse - Juliette Lewis
Scene: On a deserted road, Earl and Joy finally face Jesse the Bounty Hunter after evading her, Joy finally stepping up and taking responsibility for her actions.
Reason its great: Jaime Pressly, Juliette Lewis, Fighting Old School with Carl Douglas' Kung Fu Fighting playing over it.
Its funny and am i wrong that its sexy too🙂
 
Starbuck and Six! in the Battlestar Galactica episode Kobals last gleaming part 2!

The scene? well Kara (starbuck) wants the key of Apollo (for the tomb of Athena) and Six (who is cylon and Guarding it, i *think*, it's been a while) sneaks up from behind her and when she turns she punches her, It's just a funny scene (okay Apollo and Starbuck punching each other the ep before was funnier) but it ends in Kara shoving The Model of Six off a ledge and landing on her corps... okay describing it it sounds morbid, but I liked Six punching Kara and ramming her into the pillar. (she just shagged her man! okay, no, but i was thinking it at the time)

Okay, that wasn't/isn't probably my actual favorite but it was the first thing I thought of.
 
I honestly think the best fight scenes are the ones from Serenity, mainly the one in the Bar, I just love how Summer moves, It looks so fluid and flawless, I also love that she did it all at once like a dance, and how instead of slowing the fight scene down it was so fast that you really had to watch to see everything!

Yeah in the movies, it's Serenity for me too. Summer has moves I've never seen before. Although Rocky 1's boxing match is pretty classic. Oh, and speaking of classics we recently got the Turner Classic Movie channel where I am, and I'm becoming a John Wayne fan. There's this one called the Quiet man where John Wayne and this other big guy fight all day, and from one side of this old Irish village to the other.

In Television I liked the fight scene in the Season 1 finale of Veronica Mars between Keith Mars and Aaron Echols - so real.
 
It's pretty hard to pinpoint one specific fight scene. But for consistently good fight scenes I have to go with Alias. Some are predictable, some are swift with the "how'd she do that?" feel. But for some good ol' fashioned hand to hand, fist and feet flying, furniture breaking knock em down fights Alias delivers the best fight scenes.
 
Ok, if we're talkin movies I don't know why but I have 2 favorite fav. fight scenes. 1. In Constantine when John is fighting Belthazor, it's not a very long scene but the dialouge is just awsome. and then 2. in Van Helsing where Helsing fights Dracula, and he ends up a werewolf..ya that part is awsome, the graphics rock.
 
The fight scenes in Serenity were not that great.....

I think it was "Way of the Dragon", but Bruce Lee beating up Chuck Norris was pretty cool. Yes, ol' Chuck could be beaten.

For me to think a fight scene is great it has to resonate emotionally. People just zipping around isn't that interesting.

Omg That is truly awful!! Their expressions are utter crap, But it's a pity that it was so bad cuz the 3 people can clearly fight, but god that was awful, and the puns at the end, make you wish you were the one on the hook!!

I know, and the strangest thing is that I can't help being amused by it. The licking of the knife aww so very wrong, sounds as if he's chockin on the blood. Not a good first impression.

I blame Power Rangers, they made me like bad action!
 
lol, Yeah thats what happens when you get professional fighters as actors, It does actually heavily remind me of the Power Rangers, especially with the girl flipping in the middle of the battle, They always used to flip when would have been easier to take a step backwards!

The Telling

Freplica (aka Francie double) and Syd are at their apartment. Syd listens in private to her answering machine, where she hears a message from Will, saying that Francie is really a double. To test this, Syd offers "Francie" coffee ice cream and she has some. Then "Francie" says, "I forgot. Francie doesn't like coffee ice cream," and Syd says, "No, she doesn't." Then the two girls proceed to kick each other asses. It was such an awesome fight and nothing was held back. And the end led to a kick ass cliffhanger. After "killing" Francie, Syd passes out and then wakes up and Vaughn tells her two years have passed and he's married!

Also forgot Faith vs. Angel (season 1's five by five) and Buffy vs. Dark Willow (season 6's Two to Go). That last one was the best of both series.
 
In no particular order...

Evil Cordelia vs Willow (AtS) - Even though it wasn't really a fist fight, I loved how they were going at it with their magic tricks and stuff. It was so awesome.

Mystique vs Stryker and his men (X2) - This wasn't a huge fight if you can even call it a fight, but the way she flipped, got out of the handcuffs, and threw them at the guy was cool.

Spike vs Angel (AtS) - It was great. I mean how many people have been waiting for this fight for a long time?

Angel vs Riley (BtVS) - I just loved how Angel kicked Riley's ass.
