When people post, they have an certain number of green buttons under their avatar. What are they? What do they mean? Thanks 🙂

That's their reputation points.

It's their karma meter. It shows how much rep the person has received from people clicking the little scales button. When you hover over them, they say different things, like yours says "TeamSunnydale has passed the test of the Cruciamentum".

It's when someone agrees, leaves you a rep comment!

(What I never understood was why are there light green boxes and dark green boxes)
