Hi everyone🙂 I'm new to this forum which I found a few days ago. I have been lurking since then until I started feeling silly. Since I kept coming back I might as well join the fun.

Getting to know a bit about me.
My name is Maria. My username Nabila is my second name. I am 50 years old and married to a wonderful man who is very supportive of my Buffyverse adoration. I spend most of my time cooking, gardening, feeding my pets (9 cats, 2 dogs and 2 new puppies, terrapin, koi and goldfish), and driving my son around.

I was 42, I think, when I started watching BtVS and I was swept away. This show took me by surprise. I never thought a show with the title Buffy the Vampire Slayer would be so smart,sad, funny, and well, excellent. I'm just so glad I got past the dorky title.

My favourite character is Buffy mainly because she is smart, flawed, and kind. I also found similarities in her fate with that of my other favourite fictional character, Ellen Ripley of the Alien saga.

I'm glad I found this place. It's always good to have another world to go to when things get too hectic. Thank you for having me. Have a sweet day everyone.

If ever you get lost here, scroll to the top of the page, click on home or Buffy Boards then you'll be back where you started.
At the bottom of most pages is the Forum jump, highlight the one you want, then you'll go there. I've been lost many times as well.
