If you could invite any single character from either "Buffy," "Spike," or "Firefly/Serenity" into your home just to sit and chat with, either over a good dinner or to just sit and chat, which one would you choose? Remember, only one.

Mine would probably be Faith, because I've always felt that there are tons of information completely unknown about her that would be absolutely fascinating.

I think I'd go Oz....sure there would be silence and it would probably be awkward but hey...I'm a big fan of the awkward silence and the awkward attempts of conversation that come after the awkward silence.
 
Mine would be Mal from Firefly/Serenity. He's so hot! 😀 Plus he would have lots of interesting stories about the war and outrunning the allience 🙂 His sense of humour is great too and I like laughing 😉
 
Mine would be Buffy, actually. She just seems pretty interesting to me.
 
Easily Spike... I'd have to stop myself drooling and practically throwing myself at him, but once i was over that, i think it'd be really interesting.... I'd love to know exactly what it was like to kill a slayer (okay im gross, i know) to be turned and all that... i mean i know he's spoken about them in some episodes (noteably Fool For Love) but to really ask and find out as much as you want about it.... amazing...

Failing that, probably Darla, cuz hey, she's lived longer, she's seen more stuff first hand, and also, vampire giving birth to a baby, and sharing its soul while you're carrying it... gotta be an interesting topic of conversation, right??
 
I'd have to say Angel. That way if I couldn't think of anything to say I could just stare at his hotness. But being a vampire with a soul I think he would have lots of interesting stories about his life as a vampire as well as he has traveled much of the world.

I can only pick ONE?! Grr.

Normally I'd say Spike, but in this case I think I'm gonna go with Jayne. He seems like such an interesting character that never got to be explored enough. And he's kinda hot in a rugged, dirty, I-love-my-guns kind of way (but what can I say? I like that in a man).
 
Too many interesting characters, only one pick. I think I'd have to go with Willow. Really, it seems like you can have fun but also important discussions with her on many topics. She's really witty and I like that in conversation.
 
Definitely Buffy. She's way too thin, and I'd love to cook up a storm for her. I'll make a seven course meal, and chocolate cheesecake for her. And then I might ask her the million dollar question.. Angel or Spike?:lmao:

And then I'd ask her if she still holds a grudge against Willow for all the mean things Dark Willow said and did. And many, many more.
 
Spike has his own TV show now...? Or am I just going crazy :lmao: You said Buffy, Spike etc...Um, probably a typo, but yeah 😛

Anya 'cause we'd either get on great or have a big arguement and I'd love to see how it turned out :lmao:
 
I'd have to go with Spike. Not James...just Spike. My daughter has been on me to invite him over FOREVER! She actually said she wants to take him to our favorite little Italian Joint and SHE'D PAY! Where a 5 year old gets that kind of money, I don't know. But, she's FURIOUS that I haven't asked him yet.
She says I should send a letter to the cemetary. Still, the poor guy, he'd have to bleach his hair and put on the accent or she'd be TICKED! I'm running out of excuses for why he can't come. The whole, "Can't go out during the day and he's saving the world right now" only worked until he was on Without A Trace.
She woke up from a dream and came downstairs crying into my tummy. And I SWEAR the guy said like TWO WORDS like, "Let's go" and she popped her head up out of my lap and swung around and said, "That's SPIKE! What happened to his hair?" and the whole thing went down the toilet.

(Then again, if she recognized him without the accent and hair on there, maybe she WOULD go with the real him....until she asked him to go all bumpy.)

Edit:

LOL! Explaining acting and fiction WOULD break her heart. We did it for my son though. He's 8. And even HE said not to tell his sister yet. For my daughter, this is just as big as Santa. Telling her now would just crush her. Even if she could handle that Spike is really just a guy, the revelation that she CAN'T be a Slayer when she grows up would just devastate her beyond belief.

And we DID use the whole "undercover" excuse for Angel when she walked in on an episode of Bones. LMAO!

Buffy. It's a very simple decision for me. I have always loved Buffy. She's strong, and sensitive and loyal. Kinda pissy too. We're alot alike.
 
I think I would invite Willow too. She's really funny and I think we would have a great time. I could also talk with her about all the magic stuff. It's fascinating to me!
 
I think I would have to say Spike. He's so multi-layered and his casually blunt attitude would have you laughing through dinner. Plus, get to see the softy he is deep down on top of the Big Bad act he always had going on.
And I think you could have a real lengthy conversation with Spike going from topic 1 to topic 1000- no area of conversation uncovered. I mean he has it covered on all things violent and action packed but he could also talk art, (bloody awful) poetry, soaps, films.....Plus, he's at least a 9 on the Hottie Scale so there would be a good ogle in it for me too. :raises eyebrows:
'Course would have to make sure hubby was out (He'd get so jealous of all the attention I was paying Spike otherwise) and also double check we've got the little marshmallows in 😉
 
Giles, hands down Giles...*winks at PV and Joyce Summers*...if your looking for stimulating conversation at a dinner table who else would you turn to?

Well, my first instinct would be to say Spike, just because...well, he's absolutely gorgeous. No explanation needed there. I could get him an onion flower, hot chocolate with the little marshmallows, and blood with some Weetabix mixed in. O positive, of course.

Now that I think about it, though, I'd definitely say Willow or Oz. Oz has good taste in music, so we could talk about that for a while. As for Willow, I'm a lot like her, and plus, she just seems like she'd be a lot of fun to talk to. Then, I could ask her to teach me how to float pencils, just because that would be the coolest thing ever.

My immediate reaction was to think Spike. But then I realised that I want Giles to come round so we can drink tea all night and then crack open a nice bottle of scotch as the night goes on. I'd wanna ask him why he wanted to be a grocer, and about his ripper days and what he was doing with his time when he was in England in season 6 and 7.
I would also make sure my boyfriend was out of the house... And if I'm having Giles over (not ASH) then I better hide all my Buffy merch cause it might freak him out a bit!
I think he'd be a brilliant guest. He's the kind of person that would be interested to talk to anyone and ask questions about them not just want to talk about himself... And also... Can I go to his house instead? I would love nothing more then to raid his book collection!
