Was the guy who played Buffy's dad the same person in every ep that we see her dad or was it a different guy each time? From what I can recall, the guy looks the same but I can't be certain.
Also, as regards Andrew, did we seem him as Andrew prior to S6? I know he played a vamp of Harm's in S5.

You're right, Tom Lenk did play one of Harmony's vamps in 'Real Me' but we've never seen Tom Lenk as 'Andrew' prior to Season Six...

As for Buffy's dad...
Dean Butler is Buffy's dad throughout the series, appearing in the following episodes:
'Nightmares', 'When She Was Bad', 'The Weight of the World' and 'Normal Again'

Another guest star who played multiple roles was Brian Thompson, who played Luke in the first two eps and the Judge in "Suprise" and "Innocence".
