I love Phineas and Ferb (and also Kim Possible), though I know enough who do that it's not so much a guilty pleasure for me (even if someone I care about calls me a name for liking anything Disney), though my liking Wizards of Waverly Place, and actually finding Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl fun to watch (through I'm laughing AT it rather than with it) can be something I hesitate to share. I actually get more flak for liking Buffy and Angel (though not that much flak).
There are quite a few shows and movies that are "so bad they're good" that I like them. I might laugh at them, but it's still fun. Offhand, that includes the Dungeons & Dragons movie (why they make some awesome novels but can't make a decent movie is beyond me, but the actors hamming it up in a ridiculous story line always brings a smile to my face, but I mock it even as I enjoy it, and know most would consider it a cruel punishment to be forced to watch it, especially if they play D&D) and Mortal Kombat 2 (this is compounded by the fact a guy figured I'd like it despite knowing almost nothing about Mortal Kombat because I was taking Krav at the time and also sparred with my girlfriend who had competed in tournaments, not Krav, and that he'd thought I'd like that pile of crap--other than its soundtrack which I did like--was darkly hilarious, as was the look on my sparring girlfriend's face when I shared it with her as something she'd love being into martial arts).
Many have refused to watch Pride & Prejudice & Zombies with me (though one says I should read the book, it's so much better). I know I freaked someone out when we (in a group) all saw Evil Dead 2, but I think it was more my finding it hilarious (to the point I was about crying tears) than the movie itself.
I haven't watched much Xena, but I love unapologetic cheesiness like that (but that it's often delivered with a metaphoric wink means I laugh with it rather than at it). I might one day get the complete series.
I might share a movie later I loved, though as it mocks 80s cheese (and I think is Swedish, and it seems the Scandinavians just love to mock the United States and our media) I'm not sure it counts, so I won't bother trying to find it again (though I've got it saved somewhere as I watched it thrice, and the second time was immediately after the first). As soon as Hitler traveled to 1980 (or thereabouts) to kill Kung Fury, I knew I was going to love the rest (wiki description

I'm sure I'll think of many more later as well, though it's much easier to think of books, like the Chicks in Chainmail series (though I haven't read those in like 10 years).
Oooh, I know, though this is strictly YouTube: about anything by
Kyara Pamyu Pamyu . A lot of my enjoyment of it comes from the idea that someone actually THOUGHT of this, and then had to SELL it. Perhaps the term "only in Japan" apply here, though I get that reaction with a lot of media and vids from around the world.
